**What do you like best about Adjust?**

What I appreciate most about Adjust is its reliability in tracking multi-channel campaigns. When managing budgets across major networks like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, having a single source of truth is crucial. Adjust provides highly granular data that makes it significantly easier to debug tracking discrepancies and ad delivery issues with our partners. It saves us hours of manual cross-checking when reconciling ad revenue data mismatches.

**What do you dislike about Adjust?**

While the data is accurate, the dashboard can occasionally experience latency when rendering high-volume raw data or exporting very large, highly customized cohort reports. When we need to pull comprehensive historical metrics quickly during peak campaign scaling periods, the processing time can feel a bit slow. A more streamlined or faster export option for bulk reporting would be a great enhancement.

**What problems is Adjust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge we faced was accurately tracking real-time user value across applications with hybrid monetization models. Adjust effectively solves this by connecting both In-App Purchase and In-App Advertising data into one dashboard. This allows us to calculate the true ROAS of our performance marketing campaigns more accurately, preventing budget waste and allowing us to scale the verticals that drive actual value.

**What do you like best about Adjust?**

This is probably the feature I appreciate most. A lot of fraud tools only tell you there's a problem after the damage is already done, which usually means spending time chasing refunds and sorting through bad data. Adjust takes a much more proactive approach by blocking fraudulent installs—things like click injection and SDK spoofing—in real time before they're ever attributed.

From a marketer's perspective, that's huge. It keeps our attribution data clean, so we're making campaign decisions based on real users instead of bot traffic. That means better optimization, more confidence in reporting, and less wasted budget. In our experience, the savings alone can easily justify the investment.

**What do you dislike about Adjust?**

Even though they recently launched Datascape to help improve the experience, the dashboard still feels pretty heavy to me overall.

The interface can come across as a little dated and not always very intuitive. Even simple things, like finding a specific campaign or clearing a filter, can take more clicks than they should.

It can also be slow, which is frustrating when you just need to pull a quick report before a meeting. The last thing you want is to be staring at a spinning wheel when you are in a hurry.

**What problems is Adjust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges in mobile attribution is that multiple ad networks often try to take credit for the same install. Without an independent measurement partner, it's easy to overestimate performance and end up allocating more budget than you should.

What I like about Adjust is that it acts as a neutral third party. Instead of relying on each network's self-reported results, Adjust determines which touchpoint actually drove the conversion based on the attribution rules you've set. That gives us a much clearer picture of what's working and what's not.

For marketers, this creates a single source of truth for performance measurement. It helps us make smarter budget decisions, avoid double-counting conversions, and have greater confidence that we're investing in the channels that are truly driving results.

**What do you like best about Adjust?**

What I like most about Adjust is that it helps me keep track of campaign performance without having to jump between too many tools.

I usually check Adjust several times a day when monitoring acquisition campaigns, and the reporting updates quickly enough for me to spot unusual changes or performance trends. This helps me react faster when a campaign needs budget adjustments or creative changes.

I also appreciate how the dashboard is laid out. Most of the information I need is easy to find, and I don't have to spend much time building reports for routine checks. The interface feels straightforward, even when managing a large number of campaigns.

For my workflow, Adjust has become one of the main tools I rely on for attribution and campaign monitoring because it saves time and provides a clear overview of performance.

**What do you dislike about Adjust?**

One challenge I've experienced is that revenue data doesn't always match perfectly across different platforms. When comparing metrics with tools like Firebase or AdMob, there can sometimes be noticeable differences, which means I need to spend extra time validating numbers before making optimization decisions.

I would also like to have more flexibility when exploring performance data. In some cases, I need to break down results by additional dimensions or view more detailed campaign information without exporting data elsewhere. Having more options directly in the platform would make analysis more efficient.

Another improvement I'd appreciate is a stronger notification system. There have been times when I wished the platform could proactively alert me to unusual changes in campaign performance, budget spending, or tracking issues. Automated alerts would help reduce manual monitoring and make it easier to react quickly when something unexpected happens.

Overall, none of these are major blockers, but they are areas where the platform could become even more helpful for day-to-day campaign management.

**What problems is Adjust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adjust mainly helps me understand where my users are coming from and how different acquisition campaigns are performing.

Before using it, I spent a lot of time checking multiple dashboards and trying to piece together information from different sources. Having everything consolidated in one platform makes daily campaign monitoring much more manageable.

I also use Adjust to compare performance across channels and markets when deciding where to allocate budget. Being able to review attribution and campaign data in one place helps me make decisions faster and with less manual work.

For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency. Instead of spending time gathering data, I can spend more time analyzing results and improving campaign performance.

**What do you like best about Adjust?**

Best for Growth team's report. I used 3 layer for performance report, include: from platform ads, Adjust and internal team. On some seasonal, we use data from Adjust for key metric to optimized

Friendly UI/UX, all our new team member dont need to spend much time to learn to use Adjust dashboard.

Intergration fast, easy and exactly. We usually test with new partner each year but we have ever never meet any difficult.

I think Adjust's performance quite good. Sometimes I saw report lag (white dashboard) but not much, and didn't effect to our workloads.

Price is good for start up like us

Support team so friendly and helpful. We have group on telegram to discuss about issue, new update, sometimes I text 1:1 with AM and received many support from her.

I haven’t really explored many of Adjust’s automation/AI features yet. Honestly, if there weren’t red dot indicators on the dashboard, I probably wouldn’t even notice some of them. As for email updates, it’s quite easy for me to miss them because there’s already a huge amount of information coming in every day. But I’m definitely interested in learning more and trying to apply these features in the future

**What do you dislike about Adjust?**

I’ve rarely meet major issues throughout the years of using Adjust. Occasionally there are some minor issues, but the AM team has always been very supportive and responsive in helping us find solutions together.

**What problems is Adjust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before it, one of our biggest challenges was measuring the real performance of different ad sources, especially on iOS where attribution and measurement were much more limited. It was quite difficult to know which channels were actually driving quality users, and fraud was also something we had to pay attention to.

After using Adjust, we were able to track and evaluate our campaigns much more accurately. The fraud prevention features also helped us filter out lower-quality traffic and optimize our spending better.

What helped us the most was Adjust’s iOS measurement solutions during the period when iOS data became more restricted. It gave us a much clearer picture of performance and helped us stay confident when scaling campaigns.

As a result, we nearly doubled our iOS installs while having much better visibility into where our growth was coming from

I use Adjust primarily for mobile attribution and tracking user acquisition campaigns for my mobile puzzle game. I like best about Adjust is how transparent and reliable their attribution data is - it gives me absolute confidence in the data, ensuring we aren't paying for fraudulent installs or double-counted conversions. The platform is quite intuitive, so I can quickly dig into insights without relying too much on technical teams. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we use, like our internal BI and Firebase, which makes analysis smoother. As a QA, I've found Adjust to be a huge help for tracking events and understanding which buttons and pages we can test and track. It gives us clear, real-time visibility into whether our in-app events are firing correctly during the testing phase. The testing console is highly reliable, making it easy to verify data payloads and ensure our attribution logic works perfectly before releasing updates to production

The biggest downside for us is the iOS integration process. Validating the attribution setup in iOS environments can be difficult and inconsistent, especially compared to Android. It often takes extra debugging time to capture the initial events correctly, which ends up slowing down our overall QA testing cycles.
