It is helpful to have a platform to understand what is happening with our marketing initiaves with our app. It gives me a lot of options for data to review and provide to report back to different teams on what really matters to them. I think the datascape dashboard is nice and has a lot of options to make reports specific to what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Adjust? The customer support is by far a big weakness. I feel like they just copy a candid response and send it over. Even when I provide a detailed outline of what I am trying to achieve. They don't relate their answer at all to my specific needs. I have yet to have any good responses. I also feel like I got a bate and switch from what it could do aligned with my use cases and what I actually can do. I was very detailed on the 2 use cases I needed Adjust to fulfill and found out post that it actually CAN'T do what I needed it to do for 1 of them unless I upgraded to another service and had our development team do a lot of work to make it work. I also was sent the proposal where it outlined that I would get a dedicate CSM, which was a mistake and Adjust didn't honor their mistake. That was a HUGE selling point as to why I went with Adjust. Instead to "make it right" they gave me a 1 time, 30 minute meeting to ask anything I wanted. Although that was helpful to some degree I am still left in the dust with a poor support team through email and not what I was expecting for the level of support. I have searched the help center many times and have had trouble many times finding what I am looking for. Maybe I am looking for something that Adjust doesn't see as a use case for someone using their product but the things I am searching for were things I talked with the sales rep on and was very comfortable talking about so I would expect some articles on it. I think the UI of creating a tracker could be upgraded. Not very user-friendly and intuative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Adjust solving and how is that benefiting you?
