Lots of spammy emails. Constant attempts to upsell. Bait and switch sign-up tactics. Emails promising things like unlimited video hosting and bandwidth, only to find out after I bought it that what they were showing me was the "FULL" package features and not the package that I'd already purchased the "lifetime" promotion. The platform is ok if a bit clunky. Icons that look like buttons don't do anything. You have to go through some awkward sequences to upload. There are frequent error messages when trying to upload, and weird log-outs frequently require logging in again. I regretted buying it the same day I clicked the purchase button, but I did my best to make it work. So what I thought was "unlimited videos" is now limited to just 100GB which I've already hit in less than 30 videos. Let the buyer beware and think twice about spending any money on this service. They tell you on the page that you have 300 GB storage, but what they don't tell you it's that you can upload max 100 GB or they block you.

How is this possible you ask?

Only if you search through their help center, you will find that they make copies for every resolution and they instantly fill your storage space.

Oh and if you exceed - your videos get blocked. All of them.

Support is non existent, upgrading the plan does not work.

We have 18,000 people waiting for videos and guess what? We have to sit in the office on Saturday to do an emergency migration.

Nothing, I'm very very disappointed. They got so many reviews because they offered a bribe on Appsumo to double the credits. They offer TERRIBLE customer service and their actual system sucks so you always need customer service and it takes days for a reply or they will simply ignore you even though it shows that their customer rep is online on the chat.
