I had to clarify some important questions before buying Adilo. They do have excellent customer support - quickly, helpful and very kind. They offer a lot of features for a very reasonable price. I had purchased a lifetime subscription for another video host and player, and wanted to get this as backup. Instead, I'm going to use this exclusively. I really like the UI, it can be improved but of course, that's not the most important.

I also really like that the analytics are immediately available below the video. The video player itself is solid and clean, modeling Wistia's, which out of all the major video players, I love the most, which makes me very happy. What I like best about this platform are the extensive customization options combined with outstanding performance/video delivery. The DRM licensing feature! It's super simple to apply licenses to video. I also love that I can restrict playback to specific domains without having to go through the hassle of coding that in my website or dealing with my website's firewall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adilo has some growing pains at the moment. I don't believe they expected to become as popular as they have become, so there have been a couple of hiccups in processing newly uploaded videos.
