The sales page made a lot of promises, which had me a bit concerned that it might be a bit too technical for me. However I am happy to say that the platform is simple to operate, while still having a lot of options. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** There are a lot of options that you can add into Adilo, which is good?? or is it? I mean my problem there is not knowing how useful these additional items are. I would like to see more case studies of how these features are used so I can make a decision whether it will help me. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using my videos in an online course platform. I had previously hosted them on YouTube. However YT means that you need to add some javascript so that the YT doesn't take your student to other videos. Video is a must for any business ... and so are sales ... we're researching the Adilo video platforms CTA features and snapbyte video messaging systems for gathering customer testimonials and displaying them to increase sales conversions. Storage isn't an issue with Adilo either ... and the easy to use features makes sure videos are uploaded and branded quickly & efficiently. Great platform with exciting potential. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** I'll be honest, there's still a few features that need ironing out ... like the CTA feature, we should be able to control the image sizes and there should be a simple 'button' feature along with the HTML, Text & Image options. The embed feature doesn't carry the functionality of CTAs over to where it's embedded. This could be a simply browser issues (on my behalf (Brave Browser)) but I have watched the development team make continuous improvements during my time with Adilo ... and with a few extra features will be an amazing platform to rival the major video players. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As above, the overall experience with Adilo and customer support has been great. Privacy, a feeling of security that you simply don't get from other providers. Particularly refreshing is the professional response system as opposed to the complete lack of responses from the likes of youtube who only ever seem to show up to rain on your party **What do you dislike about Adilo?** It takes a little while to get used to the layout but then it's just plain sailing and thought here can be delays at times to questions, I think it's fair to say that the Adilo team are pretty outstanding in their response time s in general **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to collaborate with my colleagues on videos is essential - especially with health scare lockdowns for which ADILO uniquely provide a separate management portal for collaborators, this is a major plus point against others in the business because it means NOT having to share passwords thus making all changes to projects properly accountable. It's fair to say that we have been checking features out and are now looking to upload our back catalogue of newsreels so though we have only put the site through a few paces for a couple of videos, we are now happy to fire up more and get going. YouTube and Vimeo just do not provide the same service, you get to talk with REALTIME people at ADILO ! ### 14.
