As a medical student venturing into the tech industry, it was disheartening to discover the steep prices associated with hosting videos. At first, it almost seemed like a scam due to the incredible difficulty in finding a reasonably-priced platform. In China, we can't use Google, YouTube or Vimeo.... when I thought there would be no platform to come to my rescue, Here came Adillo!. So far the experience has been excellent. I have uploaded some gigantic videos and seen it do so at pretty fast speeds. I haven't encountered any difficulties in embedding the content into any platform. In my review, I mentioned how the platform surprised me with features I didn't even know I needed. I used to believe that hosting videos online was simply about uploading them and letting others watch them. But these guys brought the control we can have over the experience others have when watching to a level I never knew was possible. We're thrilled with the ability to retarget viewers, restrict locations, pause videos when viewers scroll away, and particularly the branding and collaboration capabilities. After exploring it with the help of a friend (who is an expert in this area) we found out that the ADILO video hosting platform is really good with many interesting features, customization options and analytics. Because I am a professional training provider, it is a crucial factor for my use case to secure my training videos from being downloaded and misused. ADILO has been very well structured and thought out, with several layers of security which gives me a sense of peace of mind. What do you dislike about Adilo? unprofessionalism and software functionality. encountered various parts of software not functioning as advertised and repeatedly asked to wait for them to make corrections. i grew weary in 21 days of 2plus incidents of this occurring, stopped using software, stopped logging in, and requested a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!! i bought software and upgrade and encountered delays with account being setup; had difficulty from software not functioning properly, and unprofessional customer service (representative was very ghetto and disrespectful during several interactions). All of this happened in first 21 days, i stopped using the software altogether, and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund; they refused to acknowledge the Uniform Commercial Code/FTC regulations (basically all commerce laws). In the agreement it does not state that "acceptance or use of their software is acknowledgement and consent to forfeit my right to a refund within 30 days as granted by consumer/commercial law. Customer service is as important as functionality/performance of software. In both of these areas they have failed and i chose to end my relationship with them at that point and not wait for corrections to be made - this is my choice.
