Does noet come with Whitelabelling Can not host my images on Adilo **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** I've only had a few days to test-drive the product, but I can tell I'm going to keep it. It's just such a great alternative to Vimeo if you have to host a lot of videos. I've reserved one taco because I really, really want a dedicated YouTube channel with tutorials on how to use Adilo. If it's already out there - let me know, and I'll gladly give them TWO more tacos **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** So, the Adilo dashboard is beautiful - clean, intuitive, and easy to use. It was no problem to upload my first video. Since I use videos for course content on another platform, I appreciate the ability to add DRM protection. That has led to a snafu that looks to be easily fixable (video won't play on chrome)... I just can't seem to implement the fix from the help instructions, though. Never fear, the tech help is fast. Hopefully we'll get this sorted quickly. I searched for an Adilo channel on YouTube hoping for tutorials (I'm really not that tech savvy), but did not find one if it exists. That would be a fantastic addition, as I'm sure the same questions keep coming up. ### 2. This platform performance is impressive but the visual appearance of the dashboard didn't make me think that Adilo was better than Vimeo at first glance,but Adilo's capabilities convinced me once I started using it. Definite improvements could be made here but it is really not a critical issuein my opinion. **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** Don't wait too long to get on this platform. Adilo has a ton of potential, and great software rarely gets cheaper as time goes on! Get it now before it costs more. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not only is Adilo capable of providing quality video hosting similar to that of Vimeo or Wistia, it is quite affordable and offers a lot of very useful features. I'm still testing the many options that it includes but I can say that, to begin with, it has a lot more features than most of the competitors and, best of all, at an incredible price. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** I notice the lack of bulk video properties editing. For example, the privacy settings, from what I have been able to understand, must be made a video at the time and this is something that I would suggest modifying. **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** It is a fairly stable platform, fast processing of uploaded videos and with many features that can be included for marketing with videos as well as using them in online courses. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It will be my platform to host the videos of my online academy ### 4. I have so far been wandering around inside the platform, looking at how things work, playing with it and setting stuff up. But so far I am impressed at the features on offer and how easy they have been to play with and try out. I particularly like the idea of easy set up of stages / channels for use with my different customer segments. The ability to add video chapters will also be helpful for me because I have a lot of how-to information where viewers will watcha section, go off and do something hands-on and then come back to get the next instruction. So having chapters means I won't have to break everything into hundreds of tiny videos for easy reference. I'm also really excited by the idea of the snapbyte videos too as that is another product I was going to need to get sorted for my own welcome and sales videos, so it's great to have it included here. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** The only thing so far is that the help articles and onboarding welcome information could do with improvement. I was hoping for an overall welcome walkthough to show me the features properly. There are individual videos and help articles in each of the features, so I feel confident that I will be able to use the individual elements ok as I get going with moving content into it, it would just be nice to have an overall welcome and "here's how to get started" kind of tutorial. It's possible I got one of these flashed up when I activated, and just haven't been reshown it, but in any case I can't find on now so if there is one, then signposting would be great. There are quite a few articles in the help directory which are "coming soon". I imagine that this in the in pipeline but that is the only thing which was slightly jarring when trying to get my head around everything. However the help articles that are there are helpful - for example I'm a Thrive Themes user so I was particularly happy to see a help article showing how to embed using code snippets as this is one of the things which some platforms don't tell you and then in Thrive or Elementor you spend ages trying to work out how to add things. **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** Look at the videos on their sales page to get a better idea of some of the features and how they work, because I came to them from Appsumo and there were quite a few things that are included which I didn't really take into account until I looked at the videos. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I took the plunge with a lifetime deal on this because I will need to otherwise set up a Vimeo account soon for some gated video content that I don't want on my youtube channel. So I thought it was worth a try seeing if this might do the trick instead of a Vimeo monthly plan. I wanted something that was secure and where I could parcel content up in to buckets easily behind different tagged gateways. ### 5. While my clients are usually tech-savvy, some of them are not. And that's where Adilo comes into the picture. Adilo has a great UI und UX it is very intuitive to use. Also, it keeps your videos safe from people trying to download them. All in all it is a great platform and I am happy I found it. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** Nothing really, until now. I am looking forward to the features on the roadmap. That will make Adilo even more valuable. **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** I would consider Adilo for everyone, who wants to make certain videos only accesible to a defined group of people (online course, feedback videos etc.). Therefore Adilo works great sine it protects your videos very well. Also for videos under your own domain (feedback) it looks good. Also, it is not a standard video player anybody knows like YouTube or Vimeo. These platforms are great for free content and lead generation. If you just want to focus on these things, stay there. But for anybody else, I would recommend Adilo. I have not found any other video hosting platform I could make that much my own hosting platform like Adilo. And I am very much looking forward what is still to come (roadmap and further development). I also like the backend interface as it's more functional than most. Features are aplenty, and I have yet to use everything, but what I have used has worked brilliantly. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** Not much. Some may not like the interface of the back end as its old school in some ways, but handling volume, I would always go for function over being pretty. I prefer it to both Youtube and Vimeo. Videos wouldn't play in Chrome or Safari; however, after reading through the details on the fix, it seems simple enough to resolve. I think this could be something that Adilo could do upfront with a toggle or something. The options are endless - quizzes, surveys, etc. The key is combining video with a call to action and build your list! If you rely on a social media platform for traffic and your income, you are on slap or ban away from losing your income source. Build your list with more engagement by using Alilo on your landing pages and sales pages! Adilo also allows you to transcribe in most any language. I have built out a foreign language affiliate website, and I don't even know the language! I am going to roll out videos with the transcription done in Chinese and place the videos on the landing pages. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** I honestly have not found any downsides to the platform yet. The deal I bought does have some limitations, but the license I purchased will allow more than enough room for me to grow. I would like to see additional training videos that are focused on standard use cases for internet marketers. Easy to follow step-by-step videos that a dummy could follow. The users might be experts or beginners, but we can all learn. Then also do some instructional videos on how to push the limits of the platform! Everyone wants to push the limits to increase the return on investment on any software. Instructional videos will get people using the software, instead of just another dream gathering dust. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adilo is helping me increase user engagement by combining video with the option of an email opt-in box or anything with HTML. List building is critical to any organization and this catches your eye and allows you to teach, instruct and tell people to signup! It is proven that if you ask people to do something, they will do it. With video and an opt-in, this allows you to engage them with video and ask/tell them directly what the next step they need to do. ### 17. I've tried YouTube since it's free but we could not customize the branding, control, etc. and worried over off-site promotions showing up. This leads me to the biggest drawback of YouTube - video recommendations at the end and other distractions that will redirect viewers to YouTube. Uploading to YouTube and keeping the video unlisted has never been an attractive solution. It doesn't look professional and it's rife for copying and sharing.
