This is a great product!! Being able to make your content impenetrable & tamper-proof (full security) - that's a no brainer if you use videos for your customers. Name another app that can automatically caption your videos in 3 clicks (also you can import or export captions)...now that's slick. We also like the fact that we can run multiple split tests of our videos or even our video thumbnails. All in all we are extremely happy with Adilo. Really cool tool to add to our toolbox. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** It can take a little while to upload your videos if they are longer but not a big deal. **Recommendations to others considering Adilo:** Consider having your own video database that you can fully protect and customize. That's what can be done with Adilo **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Youtube throughout the years has banned our channels or given us issues and we wanted to protect our videos in our own database without weighing down our site. ### 2. I have been using Adilo for over 2 weeks now and I really love the way it transforms videos into conversion machines with similar features to vimeo (which i used before). It is so much easier to host my content securely on the cloud, compared to other platforms that charge too much for hosting or offer limited storage space. **What do you dislike about Adilo?** the learning curve that's needed at the beginning **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** quite generous storage capacities. This allowed me to have more webinar content with less costs. ### 3. Disappointed in customer service. They reply when 2-3 days later if they want to. You have to send in a few follow-up emails to get a reply. You will never reach anyone on live chat after you pay. You will need to sign into incognito then try to catch someone on live chat. Recently 100% of their platform stopped working. They did not bother to send an email to any of their users. I followed up and they just ignored me. What really sucks is that you can only have 1 logo in the right corner of the video. So I have more than 1 brand I wanted to use to host on their platform but it's impossible. So you may need to buy more than 1 account if you have more than 1 brand which is really silly. **What problems is Adilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I bought this tool for hosting videos. No one wants ads and unbranded videos on their site.
