During my trial period, I had completed the cancelation flow but since the flow was so long and when I submitted the cancellation flow my ID got logged out. Thereafter it looked like the account got unsubscribed. I was not at all aware that it was not canceled and I could be charged. I haven't received any mail from your team regarding subscription is going to renew or email related to renewed subscription or I would have been canceled there only.

At this pandemic time, we are so much financially disabled just wanted to stable our business online as much as possible, I requested a refund of $140 but no positive response which leads adespresso is an inhuman organization.
