Weekly check-ins and guided setup help kept us on track. The customization that is available is perfect for our needs. **What do you dislike about viEval?** I feel there are various items that I didn't learn much about because they were so helpful in getting things handled. However, it saved time and I am appreciative. **Recommendations to others considering viEval:** If you want one place to hold all evaluations and gather results in an organized manner, check this out. They are helpful in using what you have for evaluations or helping you create one from scratch! **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not realize how difficult it was to track evaluations over the course of various years. Assigning everyone to evaluate someone manually was also becoming a huge chore. viEval has solved many of our issues, even ones I didn't realize we had! ### 2. It would be nice to have help as a hover on items. **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an easy way match reviewers with reviewees based on billing or class or title. ### 3. The software is process based and cannot be tailored to each individual. **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to do engagement evaluations and multi-rater processes. We can use the software for more than evaluations. We also use them for training plans and coaching reports. ### 4. The customer service is also top-notch. **What do you dislike about viEval?** Due to how customizable it is, it is hard to navigate all of the options on our own; however this challenge is mitigated by the great customer service reps. **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less cumbersome to set up evals, and less cumbersome for end-users to get them done. ### 5. We do our recruiting, performance reviews and educational programs through VI. If I have an issue I'm normally able to get online with a software representative within a few hours. **What do you dislike about viEval?** Sometimes the wording and layout isn't the most intuitive **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an example, we needed a way to get a policy signed off after a virtual training seminar. We will be able to use VI to load the policy and track acceptances and export reports. ### 6. Setup and fixes are overly complicated. **What problems is viEval solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use viEval for all of our internal evaluations. It is much better than using a PDF or Word form as it compiles all the data together, ### 7.
