## About Adepto platform
Adepto is a skills & talent management solution designed to help enterprises streamline the recruitment process and manage various employees including contingent, permanent, temporary, project-based and alumni. Adepto offers a self-service portal for current and prospective employees of an organization. It allows employees to manage their profiles and update information such as work experience, skills, education and other additional details using CV parsing and skills taxonomy technology. Adepto helps organizations manage their employee skills database as part of the organization’s total talent network. Further, hiring managers can use the skills matching functionality to match employee skills with the job requirement. Adepto comes with a business intelligence dashboard, which assists HR departments with planning resources to meet the skill requirements of a workplace. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email and other online measures.

**What do you like best about Adepto platform?**

The way Adepto works with existing workflows, and how it allows my organization to connect easily with all types of skilled individuals regardless where they are located

**What do you dislike about Adepto platform?**

I can say very little about any type of downside from using Adepto, but one of the things that maybe was challenging was the support from the providers of the platform

**What problems is Adepto platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously the main solution Adepto added to my organization was the hiring workflow. Today, one of the biggest challenges to my type of industry is maintaining the proper staff at all times.
