"Awesome product for eCommerce players"

What do you like best?

The apps are extremely easy to track and use considering the affordable price. Addshoppers support team is also always there to get things sorted out for you. Basically, must-have package if you want to be competitive in the eCommerce industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to find a way to recover customers who were trying to bounce from the site. The behavioral targeting app really helped us to capture the attention of those who were trying to leave and ultimately converted a significant amount of potential bouncers to paying customers. "Customer Service Has Disappeared "

What do you like best?

We liked the promises up front but they were not fulfilled. Unfortunately Addshoppers did not work for us & their team has stopped communicating with us. Very disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Addshoppers did not follow through on their promises. We signed a 1 year contract for $6000 based on their promise of guaranteed performance. We are a small company that partners closely with our vendors in order to achieve a win-win. The software however did not improve our traffic or ROI. In fact it slowed down our site. Traffic and sales actually decreased while we had their widget installed. We worked with them for a few months trying to improve results. Then they stopped answering my phone calls and emails. Different account managers have come and gone. Now there is no one responding to us. Have they gone out of business? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I cannot recommend this company. You may have better success than we did if you sign monthly contracts rather than paying up front for a year, like we did. They did pay attention to us in the first couple months but when issues arose they disappeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
