We are using the AddSearch widget in our Knowledge Base site, so finding the correct information is essential for us! The AddSearch widget enabled our users to find any required information within our website, split by categories. It includes fuzzy search, which is important for us too. Their customer service is great, as they helped us to resolve our integration issues rather quickly and continue supporting us whenever we need them, for example when we need to re-crawl the data frequently. Ease of installation. We had our first implementation installed in 15 minutes. Once installed, we were able to promote certain areas of our site over others, exclude areas, set up synonyms, and pin key results to certain keywords.
