This software is a great search engine for websites, determined as, functional in the greater availability of its functionalities, I like it, primarily, since it is hosted and is fully customizable at the level of the business term, because it provides an investigation of any cyber page that you need, I like it because it contains a great vision in its environment, referring to the subject, offering results in an effective and safe way, including that it has a very dedicated assistance manager to its users, providing solutions to all problems presented. It should be noted that in terms of operation in relation to the agility and speed of the software it is a severe problem, since its searches are somewhat slow, delaying the work in quantities, that is, its responses to compromised research are late and there is no solution according to this case, and not because of its drawbacks, if not because of the design of this business-level web information manager, this can be very disastrous since sometimes we cannot briefly find our objective. Great service support for a brilliant product which ticked all the boxes when we needed to replace GSE. The flexibility was great plus point. Stats on what the hits with no results are like and which were the most searched for words really helped us grow as a company. Looking at the features / cost of AddSearch I installed a trial version to my site to test its capabilities. I was immediately impressed with it's lightening fast (as you type) results. Even more impressive was the company's dedication to making sure the product met my exact needs. Even while still on the trial version I utilized AddSearch's support team to tweak and customize both the results and look and feel of the search box across my site, as well as some more complex requirements with conditional and filtered searches. The best part of Addsearch is how the search results are populated instantly within the same window. It loads results super quickly. and even shows the user a preview of what the page will look like before clicking on it. The basic plan allows up to 1,000 indexed pages. In order to get more, you need to add 10,000 additional pages. I struggle with crawling all of the pages and documents on the website, however I've been given personal instruction on how to make it work better. I am very confident it will. I wasn't sure we'd be able to afford what we needed with our small budget, but I spoke to Wyatt and helped put together a package of features that worked for us in our price range. They get back to you very promptly, as well. If you're worried you'll be sending an email out into outer space where someone will never respond to you, or you'll get a bot response, don't worry. Easy to install, customize and configure to show only the pages you wish to be searchable. It also has a ranking (weight) system, which means you can pin pages to the top of your search box. The price I would say falls under the "Value for Money" category, as it has lots of facilities and wont break the bank. If you ever have any questions or queries, the online chat service they have is easy to use and they get back to you almost instantly. I recently had an issue with some URL's pulling through random characters, and I was told how to remove those simply by adding an excemption code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AddSearch? Not much to dislike to be honest. It's a great service. Would be good to see maybe an autocomplete, where you begin to type a word an it looks at common phrases? It requires simple code that allows you to customize your settings at any time afterward. The feedback I get is that website users love to use it, too! It's modern and efficient, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, effective internal site search solution. We have been using it for several years and are very happy. The Analytics are not the most intuitive either. But overall, it's very easy to use, clean, and user-friendly. Support is quick to reply to my tickets and they have always found a solution.
