I overlooked an email from AddSearch informing me of changes in their package options and, as a result, my corporate credit card was charged for a different amount than I had expected. Through a series of emails over the course of several days, my customer support specialist, Mikko, worked through the issues with me which included a refund to my credit card for the difference. Mikko was extremely helpful, positive and responded quickly each time, even when it was to inform me that the situation was being further investigated.
