It just took us a couple of minutes and we had a sophisticated search feature on our page. I think the UI can enhance quite a bit, the admin interface looks a bit "old" and in the beginning when you are unfamiliar with the tool its quite hard to navigate through the admin app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Upside is the general public can quickly find search results on website information and linked documents. AddSearch's website provides useful tools and especially APIs to work against their search solutions. We are using the AddSearch widget in our Knowledge Base site, so finding the correct information is essential for us! The AddSearch widget enabled our users to find any required information within our website, split by categories. It includes fuzzy search, which is important for us too. Their customer service is great, as they helped us to resolve our integration issues rather quickly and continue supporting us whenever we need them, for example when we need to re-crawl the data frequently. We had our first implementation installed in 15 minutes. Once installed, we were able to promote certain areas of our site over others, exclude areas, set up synonyms, and pin key results to certain keywords.
