"Reliable MDM Solution That Grows with Your Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Addigy?

I have been managing a fleet of 180 Macs in a higher education environment with Addigy for at least 6 years. Even though I had no first-hand experience with an MDM system previously, I was able to get our MDM up and running with minimal assistance. I've watched the product evolve into an excellent MDM and a system I know I count on daily - whether on campus or away. The team at Addigy is responsive to customer ideas and suggestions and is clearly in good standing with Apple and their technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

While I don't have any firsthand experience with other MDM providers to compare, there's really not anything I can think of that I dislike about Addigy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Apple-Focused Service with Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Addigy?

I am a long-time client of the Addigy service, and I love the commitment to the Apple platform since its inception. Their support is fantastic and their dedication to the partner program has only gotten better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

There are some UI changes I would personally like to see. More native integrations with some security protections (Malware/DNS Filtering) would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeping IT out of the way of end users."
5/5
What do you like best about Addigy?

Addigy allows us to quickly remediate issues without interfering with the end users experience. Not only do we use it to bring a new device online and up to a set of standard applications, we also use it to push updates and maintain systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

Honestly, not a lot. I think just about everytime I find something that I wish was different or could be better I've brought it up to the team and they've implemented changes to improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Apple MDM with Room to Grow – My Hands-On Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Addigy?

From my experience, Addigy excels in making Apple device management straightforward and efficient. Deploying new machines and managing policies is incredibly simple, even for teams with limited resources. The platform’s intuitive design means you don’t need extensive training to get started, which is a huge plus for busy IT departments or MSPs. The real-time management features, like automated updates and compliance enforcement, save a lot of time and reduce the need for manual follow-ups. I also appreciate the flexibility—whether you need basic setup or advanced customization, Addigy covers both ends of the spectrum effectively

Customer support is another highlight. The team is not only responsive but also deeply knowledgeable, which makes troubleshooting much easier. The ACE certification program is a great resource for staying current with Apple’s evolving ecosystem, and the lack of long-term contracts adds to the platform’s appeal, especially for smaller businesses watching their budgets

The remote access tools, such as LiveTerminal and LiveDesktop, are game-changers. They allow for quick, hands-on support without disrupting end-users, and the integration with other IT tools makes Addigy a well-rounded solution for managing Apple devices at scale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

While Addigy is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could use refinement. The documentation, though helpful, sometimes lacks the depth needed to address more complex or less common scenarios. Expanding the documentation would make the platform even more user-friendly, especially for teams handling specialized workflows

The console interface, while functional, can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Navigating through the various menus and options isn’t always intuitive, and a more streamlined layout would improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
