This looks very much like Automate which I use a lot for Windows environments.

It takes time to get used to it and the terminology may not be what you may expect

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2021

I love how simple it is to use. I've used a variety of MDM options over the years and this one is, by far, the easiest to learn and manipulate.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The only dislike I have right now is the location features. I'm not able to see exactly where a device is when it's online.

I'd recommend doing the demo and trying it for yourself. Once you see how easy it is to set up and use, you'll love it.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have every company-owned device on Addigy to help with asset management and device support. I'm able to quickly see a device, rename it, remotely install software to it, or unlock a user's profile without having to fuss about it.

Addigy is helping manage the medium size business that i control. We have many machines around the world which before addigy all machines had to ship to the UK for setup then shipped back to the relevant country. it is great for adding software and making sure all valuable updates for software's and systems are installed. the MDM facility is great for out the box machines to add them self straight tot addigy and then download whatever profiles you have assigned them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Patch management, MDM management and remote control are among the top features of Addigy.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Logging could be better. When I have a policy that I don't believe is applying properly, most of the time I have to decipher the logs then head over to a leading competitors forums for assistance. Addigy support is generally available, but via email and generally the next business day.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

It's a very affordable and powerful RMM/MDM solution for Macs and iOS devices. It's as powerful as you want to make it. Very highly suggest Addigy.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current RMM's Mac capabilities were severely lacking with the release of Mojave. Migrating our Mac agents over to Addigy allowed us to provide very good quality support for our Mac clients as well as add management aspects that were more Apple approved.

  ### 16. Overall, highly satisfied with the service

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The full range of RMM support for even Macs

Sometimes the terminal for Mac doesn't load but it's probably a problem with the Mac and not the program.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Very easy to use and understand.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just how easy it is to troubleshoot in the background without having to interrupt the user.

That you can remote a mac from addigy, send scripts, install/uninstall programs to/from a mac and you can also chat with users

  ### 23. Great tool for Apple environments, very flexible. It always work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Scripting, remote access, MDM, upgrade management, inventory

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

That it is Mac only. The profiles can be confusing

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

best tool for Apple environments.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Control over Apple environments. Reduced time to repair, increased visibility.

  ### 24. This will transform your efficiency and ability to maintain your Mac computers and iOS Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara G. | I.T. Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Having all of my managed devices in one portal is so easy and allows our team to provide consistent quality across all of our devices for multiple customers.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Since the platform is relatively new, there are times that there is a glitch during an update. In the past Addigy has addressed bugs right away and fixed the issues. They are not afraid to make big changes and that is great on the positive side of that.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Use the resources that they give you. Schedule the onboarding call and make sure to do the free trial with a few test devices to get the hang of it.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The native RMM tool is seamless. Live Desktop is great to work with and connects without a problem. I am able to remotely fix or adjust whatever I need to. We can remotely deploy updates and change policies on the fly and that really helped when people almost upgraded to Catalina before it was ready for prime time, for example.

  ### 25. Easy tools for Mac management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Deploying the software to the end user does not require a machine to be on the office network, even if it's offline, it will be in the queue and will execute when the device is online.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining Mac devices, remote - deploying software and monitoring system status.

  ### 26. Still early, but growing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | VP, Operations & Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Has a lot of management features for Macs that allow us as an MSP to get a lot of data and help manage our clients Macs. Has potential for mobile devices as well, but we are not yet using this functionality much.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Interface is not clean or intuitive. Features are often very difficult to find. UX is just kinda ugly.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Have a champion on the team to become an expert resource for your other team members. Have the person also handle support requests. Do a test run on some in house computers to understand function and user experience. Always do changes to a small test group first as some changes often have unintended consequences.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing basic pre-issues ( computer age, warranty status, disk space available). Much better than hand checking and price is reasonable for the feature set.

  ### 27. Great value for a product that keeps getting better and better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy listens to user feedback and keeps improving their product based on our suggestions. In the several years I've used Addigy, it has grown in quality by leaps and bounds. Additionally, I appreciate the responsiveness of the Addigy team. On the MacAdmins slack, there are Addigy employees available each day helping with issues users face.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Some of the user interface is not particularly intuitive. For example, moving a device from one policy to another is a particular weak point.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Consider the availability of support. I know others may have more market share, but the small scrappy nature of Addigy is something I really appreciate.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy allows me to immediately take over any of my users' computers and solve problems. The speed that I can access them makes this so valuable, because by the time I get to the point of needing to take over someone's screen, the issue is pronounced. Behind the scenes I love being able to manage updates to OS, MS Office, and push 3rd party apps.

  ### 28. ex-Jamf admin recommends Addigy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Device Enrollment Program - All corporate purchased Macs are auto configured

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I do like the responsiveness of the support emails, they are always less than 24 hours often time in the 4-6 hour time frame, However, providing phone support would add to the value of the product if it would save time in obtaining resolutions.

I'd like to identify the devices associated in the reports by clicking on the charts

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Problems too complex for the Jamf team to resolve were resolved in minutes with the Addigy team

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems resolving:
Apple OS X limitation of being able to deploy BitDefender as it needs Full Disk Access in the Security settings. Currently, this is a manual process and would like to find a method to help automate the full deployment of BitDefender.

Benefits:
DEP
Reporting
Remote Management
 - Software installs
 - Remote control (GUI and SSH)

  ### 29. Gamechanger for MSPs in the Mac space

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The multi-tenant platform - the real differentiator against the JAMF.
The community-based library of scripts and packages allows us to easily select a pre-configured application such as Chrome / Office, etc, and configure it for deployment. The user-community (check out Mac Admins on Slack), is great, and constantly sharing tips and tricks.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The interface can be a little clunky when moving around - some things take some getting used to, such as only being able to deploy scripts from Devices page, and having to return to central 'Catalog' to modify profiles, etc.

We see limited value to the Business Dashboard. Numbers seem arbitrary, and still no option to change the currency! Have been waiting for this since signup...

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Give it a try! The guys are helpful and friendly and will give you a personalised demo. If you've looked at JAMF (we've never tried Fleetsmith so can't compare), you might be surprised at how more straightforward (and affordable) Mac management can be...

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eNurture uses Addigy pretty much exclusively to manage all of our Mac based customers. The platform is used with Automatic Device Enrollment (formerly DEP). Getting a Mac device up and running and configured really couldn't be any easier now...

One of the core features - and the reason why we're using Addigy over JAMF, is the MSP focussed portal, that allows us to have multiple clients and lock down profiles to specific environments. All while allowing customers to access their environment themselves.

  ### 30. A Great Platform for MSPs or generally Managing Apple Devices for Small and Medium Organisations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Director and IT Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

It's the only platform that covers the RMM space effectively for Apple devices. It also provides a good MDM solution. We can apply our specialist Apple systems know-how through this platform and leverage it to support small and medium sized organisations in away we otherwise couldn't.

A key detail for us is being able to sell services to small businesses who don't have a large seat count. I prefer the feature set and readiness for use of Addigy over Jamf Now. It also allows us to support under 25 user businesses, which Jamf Pro doesn't.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I've previously worked with Jamf Pro and Jamf Now, which look nicer.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MDM and RMM for Apple devices in one solution. Integration with IT Glue and other products we use (sadly not with Accelo just yet - Accelo which rocks by the way).

We're able to manage multiple policies for each customer and deploy things we can't with typical RMM tools.

  ### 31. Amazing RMM for MacOS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Ability to manage MacOS with reliability and ease

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The price, but I understand it
not able to seamlessly integrate with a preexisting CW Control server

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

While utilizing two separate RMM tools may not be ideal, when it comes to MacOS you need a vendor that focuses on Apple exclusively and keeps up with the changes they make

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing MacOS including patching and remote monitoring as well as we do with a Windows device
Ability to deploy software directly to the systems without having to remote in

  ### 32. Wonderful controller software with good price point and feature set

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan P. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy has two ways to remote control a target computer. This can be helpful in circumstances where the user has not allowed the permissions for one method as the other is permissions-free as long as the MDM agent is installed.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

If anything happens to the /tmp/ folder, that device is GONE. Good luck ever getting it back in the system! (re-adding the machine to Addigy via install or MDM is dead at this point.) Machines that are stolen could easily just wipe the /tmp/ folder to silently disappear off of the tracking and monitoring network.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy allows us to remotely assist users in our many remote offices as well as keep metrics on restart times, OS patch monitoring, and updating software across the board for users.

  ### 33. Good MDM tool for managing Apple Macs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seb B. | Senior IT Support Engineer, Media Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Simplicity of the product and technical support.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Not being able to search devices for a device using its hostname. Whitelisting in Mojave and too many pop ups when using it from the end user perspective.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Addigy provides the leading cloud-based IT Management Platform specifically for managing your Apple ecosystem, including all Macs and iOS devices. Its an attractive product, represents good value for money. There are ready script that you can sue straightaway and the technical support is very helpful in implementation. They are also very responsive. Its amazing at managing system updates or blocking them. The more I use it the more I like it. Its useful for monitoring and can send alerts as well which is handy for security purposes. Leveraging Addigy, Apple IT administrators can provide: Asset Management, Monitoring, Automated Remediation, Maintenance, Software Deployment, Profile & Configuration Management, and so much more. I can't comment on the iOS side of things, as I haven't used it.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encryption, ISO security requirements. System updates.

  ### 34. Great MDM solution but not without hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I like the ease of connection for both remote desktop and the amazing terminal window

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The fact that some things don't work out of the box. For example the inability of view a system users with UID above 999 simply doesn't make sense. Deploying an OS update hasn't work on 1st or 2nd try even though Addigy marks the action as successful

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Addigy is a solution that comes easily above the competition. Good support and plenty of tutorials that can covering majority of an admin's needs

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT support of various issues. Without the need having to install a remote desktop option like Team Viewer or the system to be connected over a VPN it's really a blessing to access a system even it is hooked up on a tethered connection. Good speed, ability to chat and a terminal window that can make a huge differene

  ### 35. I wanted this to be successful- It just didn't turn out that way

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Seems like many features Mac Admins need in order to push out settings and updates. Definitely love the ability to run it as a service provider and have different settings for groups and companies.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Nothing ever worked as expected. We took every step to insure successful deployment and would come in and find nothing ran. We tested multiple ways to push updates through various operating systems. At the end, no feedback that was worth anything in the logs and the end user still had to interact with the computer by restarting it in order for some of the updates to complete. Other updates simply did nothing, almost stale.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Don't over promise. Also, it would be nice to know how much DEP has to be enrolled in order to make Addigy work. We were hoping it would be a solution away from DEP, but I think not. Some things just don't deploy no matter what you do, with no real explanation. So it felt like it was not ready for real world deployment yet.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first, it was hopeful in solving that everyone was running the same enforced software and settings. We really appreciated preventing users from updating. That saves so many issues. But if we can't deploy simple patches and settings, it becomes more of a problem to use the software than to just go back to manually pushing things thru.

  ### 36. Makes Managing Macs Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan B. | Helpdesk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The Go Live feature is a fantastic way to see what condition the computer is currently in without having to remote into the machine. The Live Terminal feature is just as great, getting to use Terminal without having to log into the machine without disturbing the end user.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I have yet to come across something I don't like. Addigy has been a great addition to our team.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

If you're looking for easy remote Mac management, Addigy is it. From the looks of it, they have many features I've yet to use myself but have plenty of integrations to make adding it to your arsenal much better.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy has helped us manage Macs and made Zero-Touch Deployment a cinch.

  ### 37. Great value for Apple Device Management with excellent support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I have had multiple reasons to reach out to Addigy support staff. They are always helpful and have gone the extra mile to help us uncover software conflicts that were preventing Addigy from working even when their product wasn't the underlying cause.

Addigy has continued to make significant improvements and add features over the 18 months that we have used the product.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

There is a learning curve, but that is the case with any management tool.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We continue to increase the ways we use Addigy. Right now it gives us easy access to remotely control computers with ConnectWise Control, block updates until we have approved them (like macOS Catalina), and remotely push approved updates. Right now Addigy will allow us to upgrade roughly 80 computers from a manually installed Office 2016 volume license to Office365 remotely, which will save many hours.

  ### 38. Great macOS and iOS RMM and MDM platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin R. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Being able to keep third party software up to date along with macOS and Office. The remote control/management tools builtin are great.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The complaints I get about popups/warnings. No one reads them or follows the prompts. The systems are not staying updated or working properly (i.e. The massive amount of security warnings that pop-up after installation is overwhelming: bash, RC, sshd...). Also, the frequency that the third party updates are rolled out. Finally, the information that MDM was required for the Mojave agent to work properly was not communicated with technicians until way after Mojave was deployed. This meant going back and touching every Mojave installation to add/approve the MDM package. Communication is key to the success of any RMM/MDM platform. Last, The platform needs an end-user interface for remote access.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

This is an all in Apple RMM/MDM that can make your life easier. I have tried and used several other offerings (the old JAMF, JAMFnow, Continuum RMM, Labtech, ConnectWise). This was by far the easiest to set up, deploy, and support.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number 1: Being able to Block new macOS upgrades from being installed by users. Number 2: Keeping software up to date and being able to push packages to systems.

  ### 39. Great potential - too much risk

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Ability to spin up and get going very quickly is among the best. The community supporting the tool is very knowledgable. Software as a Service with daily billing makes it very attractive.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Addigy is a major security risk with the amount of support and control provided to Addigy. You cannot stop them from messing up your deployments if a bad software update is released. There is not development tracks to sign into before an update occurs. Still showing its immaturity as a software company and no signs of this changing.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Be ware - there be dragons.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was able to quickly grow our business, but took 3 years to vet the tool. Even after all that vetting we were burned by a bad update that was pushed out to all users without proper warning or testing. This is not the first time nor will it be the last. The team at Addigy does not have the basic understanding of how proper software QA, and releases should be exercised. The tool has the ability to enable root access to machines and the updates may end up doing damage to your reputation as a user.

  ### 40. Addigy is the basis of my Managed Services offering

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Apple Software Updates, MS Office updates, Remote Commands, MBBR, MDM Profiles, Multi-tenancy.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Management UI is rough. Inability (or inconsistency) to easily unblock a major macOS upgrade and install with one click. Would be really nice to have a built-in option to onboard MDM (like UMAD) and PPPC. Would be really nice to have a one-click end user option to defer upgrades to end of day and just install everything and restart and run maintenance, or to choose a time to run the updates (from several choices provided by IT? or from several prebuilt options like 1 hour, 3 hours, this evening, next morning). Like the concept of a Magic Button.

End user design is rough. Ideally we'd never see MacManage pop up (it should have our branding), or Pilixo (freaks out clients who google it and see it's for Employee Monitoring), etc. Then repeated reboot issue just should never happen. There's not a lot of capital in the reserves with clients if our tools cause something like that to happen again...

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to offer a subscription service in which we handle Apple Software Updates, MS Office updates, and other maintenance tasks for a reasonable monthly fee, by leveraging automation.

  ### 41. Fits a niche well

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Good powerful endpoint management, helped us get our arms around security, update, and software compliance
UPDATE: Addigy still is an integral part of our tech stack, being an all-Mac shop we needed something built with Mac in mind first, every other RMM solution seems to have Mac features as an after thought and be missing lots of functionality, Addigy continues to fit our niche use case perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

UI needs work, some features are clunky to use, some pages are slooow
UPDATE: UI has inproved some but could still use some speed improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

The only other product really in this space in Jamf. We didn't need quite all the features of Jamf, and Addigy is way cheaper, so it was the better option.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was the wild wild west, we had no list of machines, no insight into machine age, no security compliance, no way to push software or updates, Addigy does everything we need.
UPDATE: still great to keep all machines up to date and compliant with OS updates from Apple, otherwise who knows how many machines we would have still on Sierra or even El Cap. We couldn't manage our endpoints as well without Addigy. We get the added benefits of looking up who has what serial number easily, tracking machine age is huge as well to keep up with who has the oldest machines and are up for replacements. We'll keep Addigy around for a long time as long as the quality and price continue to make sense for us.

  ### 42. Great Mac RMM with minimal training needed.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The interface is easy to use, the support is very responsive, and they are constantly working towards improving the product.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Bulk edits are not available in the current release. This is most likely our biggest "complaint". Sometimes we need to make edits and not being able to so en masse can cause the work to be time consuming.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide a level of security for our clients through the MDM profiles. Additionally, we are able to offer the ability to of patch management which is something that is not normally offered for Mac clients that I have seen.

  ### 43. Great Mac Management for MSPs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max L. | Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Scripting, remote control, scheduled maintenance, etc. Addigy is the most well-suited MDM platform for a service provider that I've used. Jamf is mature, but doesn't have as much benefit as an RMM. I prefer to use Addigy over any other Mac management software that I've tried.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I would like the ability to organize my policies better. I want to be able to move child policies from outside of their parent policy.

The dashboards are kind of pointless. There are all of these elements that reference data, but they are not clickable. I have to go hunt down the data elsewhere within Addigy.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Addigy is my go-to management solution for Mac-OS. I use it to solve almost all of my Apple related problems.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy is my go-to management solution for Mac-OS. I use it to solve almost all of my Apple related problems.

  ### 44. Great feature set, always improving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry V. | Managing Member, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Love the options available to manage our Apple systems, with multiple screen sharing systems as back up and an always-improving back end from both a feature perspective and layout.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Would love if Addigy had an Apple Business Manager session with Apple's ACN community team the way Jamf does. Would be great.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Communicate with their team often! They are great to work with and will give you sound advice.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating updates, notifications for major things, giving a method for clients to open tickets through Addigy's own system (good option for those who are less privy to day to day use of email or text).

  ### 45. Robust and huge feature set

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Transitioning from Mac OS Server / Profile Manager in-house, Addigy has been game changing. Software distribution, in-built library of commands and scripts, and reporting, all from the cloud has changed our business.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The UI is improving but we still find it a bit cumbersome to get some of the daily tasks done - maybe more clicks than necessary in the web interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

We found this was the best value solution for us, and it turned out to be a wider feature set that we really benefit from.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting, scripting, and automatic remediation has hugely reduced our hands on workload.

  ### 46. Superb Service on a platform that is ever changing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl R. | Senior Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The ability to manage a complete environment from one platform without having to have different systems in place.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Not really got any downsides except they keep updating their platform so it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the changes but this is not really a dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

Make sure to do your research. You would not go wrong using this for your Apple environments.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving quite a few problems by using this all in one solution. The benefits are automated updates for most software and multiple policy management across multiple subsidiaries and locations.

  ### 47. A simple solution to Mac Management with a large degree of customization and flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Internal IT Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy is easy to deploy once you have the policies set up and has strong customization features.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The worst part of Addigy is the initial setup or conversion from another service like JAMF. Additionally, it is a pain to have to convert most .app files into .pkg files to allow for auto deployment.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can remotely control, assist, and shut down computers with Addigy. Additionally, I can ensure users are on the most updated versions of software, their internet metering allows me to monitor their internet usage, and I can check internet speeds quickly and easily.

  ### 48. Addigy is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Actually like the spreadsheet style layout of inventory. The ability to deploy apps and profiles is fantastic. The built in remote support features are great. There are two ways to remote into machines with Screen Connect and Remote Control. Having the backup option is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Some features are extremely complex to implement without in house expertise. Addigy does offset this by assisting with some setups.

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

One of the best MDMs with quality support. Product simply works after setup. If it doesn't, support will assist you. Trust me when I say they are very patient and they've seen pretty much everything I've ever had to throw at them.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One person can keep on top of a large number of machines. Leverage resources better. Mass deployments of updates is under better control.

  ### 49. Reliable, Powerful and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam F. | Managed IT Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Specialises in the Mac environment as opposed to it being an add on

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Reporting, historical, remote control...

**Recommendations to others considering Addigy:**

If you have Mac clients this offers a useable and cost effective means of supporting them
Give it a try with the free trial

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to our Mac tenants

  ### 50. Great unique features. Awesome support team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd M. | IT Support / Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Custom policies and the ability to use them to really easy run scripts on employee machines.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The product is fairly young and occasionally I have encountered bugs but the team are generally quick to fix these issues.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us the ability to easily manage our fleet of Mac's. Benefits can broadly be summed up improving our deployment process significantly and making devices much easier to support.
