## Addigy Reviews
  ### 1. Stable and powerful. Their’s does what Brand J does for less

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent H. | CIO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Remote access tools;
Access to the Terminal and pushing pre-/staff created scripts;
Great library of pre-vetted software;
Ease of set up of ABM registered devices.
Reasonable pricing

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Customer support - it, generally, takes two or three emails back and forth for the tech folks to understand the issue. They have a tendency NOT to read submissions and important information needs to be repeated.
You USED to be able to call and either talk to someone or receive a call back within a few hours. This is no longer the case.
Hard down situations turn into major issues for us and for our customers due to un-responsive/very slow responses,
Fortunately, we have not had any serious issues for over a year.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time for our customers during set up;
The remote component allows us to quickly (and with no additional cost to us) share a screen OR log into OUR admin account on a Mac. We can work while they are working, so they do not have down time.

  ### 2. Strong macOS Management Backed by an A+ Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hector D. | System Integrity Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

What I like most about Addigy is how easy it makes managing macOS devices. The platform just flows, great visibility, solid automation, and tools that actually make our day-to-day smoother. And honestly, the Addigy team is a big part of it. They’re responsive, helpful, and always feel like they’re in our corner. It really feels more like working with partners than a vendor.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

If I had to pick something, it would be macOS patching. It works well most of the time, but there are moments when results can be a little inconsistent, some devices fly through updates, while others get stuck or don’t follow the expected workflow. It’s nothing deal-breaking, just an area where a bit more reliability would make a huge difference.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy is helping us manage our macOS fleet in a clean, consistent, and automated way. Before, a lot of things felt manual or hit-or-miss, especially updates, app deployments, and visibility into what was going on with devices. With Addigy, we can push configurations, handle patching, track compliance, and support users way faster and with way less friction. It saves us time, reduces surprises, and gives our team confidence that everything is actually staying aligned and up to date.

  ### 3. Efficient Mac OS Management with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I like how Addigy provides an easy deployment process that made setting up in our organization seamless. The platform offers straightforward guides that simplify setup, especially when establishing device, system update, and authentication policies. The ease of use in tools ensures our Mac OS devices are properly managed across the organization, reflecting its practical application in meeting our central management needs. Additionally, Addigy enables centralized control from one platform, allowing me to apply policies, manage software updates, and remotely support devices efficiently. The integration with Okta further enhances the authentication process, providing convenience as users can use their Okta credentials to log into their Mac OS devices.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I would love to have the capability to also manage non-Mac devices, such as Windows, ChromeOS, and Android using Addigy. Additionally, a small-business plan would be beneficial for organizations managing fewer than 30 devices, allowing them to utilize Addigy's features at a lower cost.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Addigy to centrally manage and support all of our Mac devices, apply policies, manage software updates, and provide remote support from a single platform. We also needed a centralized way to produce device status reports for things like our annual SOC Audit where we have to show how our mobile devices utilize encrypted storage. Our previous system, Miradore, was more complicated to manage, had fewer features, and not nearly as user friendly from an Admin perspective

  ### 4. An Apple Reseller's left hand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob A. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Easy control and management built for Macintosh. Addigy is a multi-tenant Apple centric MDM tool with the most business-critical tasks at your fingertips. With plugins supporting Single Sign On, multiple factor authentication, Apple's native ARD, as well as 3rd party remote tools like Splashtop, and virus integrations like Malwarebytes you're one click from solving every day tasks. Take it a step further with compliance management and peace of mind that you'll support for new MacOSs versions from release day, or simply select to not even show new MacOS version to end users. We've used other tools built for Widnows that say they support Mac, such as K*s*a, and have been only met with frustration and disappointment. Lastly, as a company, Addigy regularly communicates the current technical hurdles and the plans to tackle them through its Tech Talks. Do yourself a favor if you support more than one customer of Macintosh clients and try Addigy today.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Lack of options for other OSs. It is common to have a single Windows machine or Linux box running either as a Parallels instance or a standalone machine for testing purposes or accounting. Have used Malwarebytes EDR to have basic control, but wish I had some more.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single pane control of multiple tenants from asset reporting to daily handling of minor issues. Compliance reporting and multi-factor authentication. Enabling on-site administrators' control of their machines to self-solve without weighing down our support team.

  ### 5. Feature-Rich, Intuitive, and Backed by Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy is far more feature rich than the previous Mac MDM that we were using. We find it extremely intuitive, and whenever we hit a wall and are unable to figure something out (usually user error) Addigy either has very clear documentation, or their team is insanely quick to help us resolve the order of operations to accomplish the task we are stuck with.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Very little. I would say that the only thing I can bring to light here is that when we find bugs or features that operate outside of how they are presented, the workflow to get them patched takes a little long. I can't complain too much because almost every single one presented has been resolved, still waiting on one with the scripts feature but it is "being worked on."

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Monitoring, Compliance reporting, Device management, Remote support, and most importantly reducing the amount of hands on work that used to be required when configuring end user systems.

  ### 6. Efficient MacOS Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason K. | Owner

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I love that Addigy allows me to add additional features where my other RMM falls short on Mac support. I appreciate the ability to update both MacOS operating systems as well as many third-party software installs. The support I receive from their experts is phenomenal! With Addigy, I can automate updates that would otherwise need to be done manually, saving me time.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I'm still getting used to where things are in Addigy compared to the other RMM I've been using, so it might take some time to get familiar with it.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy lets me go beyond my other RMM's Mac support, enabling additional features. I appreciate the updates for MacOS systems and third-party installs, which would otherwise be a manual task, and I value the phenomenal support from their experts.

  ### 7. Effortless Mac Management with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham F.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I absolutely love Addigy's clean, simple, and intuitive interface, which makes it incredibly easy for our team to navigate and complete tasks quickly without extensive training. This efficiency is crucial for managing our global remote workforce of Macs as we handle a majority of Mac system administration duties, including resetting passwords, deploying mandatory software, keeping devices up to date, managing privacy and security settings, and locking down lost devices. Additionally, Addigy's responsive support staff is a highlight for us, always ready to assist and guide us whenever we find ourselves needing help. Furthermore, the initial setup was fairly straightforward for a Mac-based MDM, which allowed us to get started quickly without any significant hurdles.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I would prefer simplified privacy policy settings.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Addigy to manage our global remote workforce of Macs, handling Sys admin duties like resetting passwords and deploying software efficiently. Its intuitive interface helps us work quickly without extensive training, and responsive support is always available.

  ### 8. Excellent Support and Great Platform for Apple Products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I love the ease of use of the platform and how it is so Apple centric. It is amazing and the people at Addigy are amazing. It was easy to deploy and add in Apple devices. We use it all of the time in order to make sure all devices are up to date and everything is running good. It was easy to integrate into our environment as we have used it before and coming back with all of the good changes, it makes it easier deploy and fix things real time with permissions.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

If you have a few Windows devices, you still need another MDM to manage them.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were able to help fix the Vigilant MDR service with Sentinel One, as we pay for this, by sending me step by step screenshots of where to go, and using my brain, I was able to figure it out and change it so it works.

  ### 9. Exceptional Support and Streamlined Endpoint Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Limore R. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I find Addigy to be an incredibly valuable tool for managing and securing devices across the environments I oversee. The automation features and policy enforcement capabilities of Addigy's MDM make endpoint management far more efficient and significantly strengthen the security posture of our organization. I appreciate how tasks that were once manual and time-consuming are now streamlined, reducing risk and improving consistency across all managed Macs. Beyond the platform itself, Addigy's support is truly exceptional. Nicholas Palms, in particular, has been incredibly approachable, responsive, and proactive in helping me resolve issues and optimize our deployments. His willingness to dive into complex problems and ability to explain solutions clearly have made a huge difference in keeping our sites running smoothly. Additionally, Addigy delivers powerful MDM capabilities supported by a team that genuinely cares about user success. I highly recommend Addigy.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I find it challenging that prebuilt apps are not incorporated into the user self-service directory. Additionally, it is problematic that archived apps still appear under software that can be installed. This seems to clutter the user experience and can be confusing.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy streamlines device management, enhances security with its automation and policy enforcement, reduces manual workload, and allows USB access control per user. Its real-time monitoring and exceptional support significantly improve efficiency and security posture.

  ### 10. Reliable MDM Solution That Grows with Your Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I have been managing a fleet of 180 Macs in a higher education environment with Addigy for at least 6 years. Even though I had no first-hand experience with an MDM system previously, I was able to get our MDM up and running with minimal assistance. I've watched the product evolve into an excellent MDM and a system I know I count on daily - whether on campus or away. The team at Addigy is responsive to customer ideas and suggestions and is clearly in good standing with Apple and their technologies.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

While I don't have any firsthand experience with other MDM providers to compare, there's really not anything I can think of that I dislike about Addigy.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the primary support person for the 180 Macs on our Windows-centric campus, Addigy allows me to do the work of multiple technicians, both on campus and off.

  ### 11. Outstanding Apple-Focused Service with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey B. | CTO/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I am a long-time client of the Addigy service, and I love the commitment to the Apple platform since its inception. Their support is fantastic and their dedication to the partner program has only gotten better.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

There are some UI changes I would personally like to see. More native integrations with some security protections (Malware/DNS Filtering) would be great.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy helps us gain the visibility we need to run our Apple consultancy. It allows us to easily support our clients remotely in this less-decentralized work reality, and gives us and our clients piece of mind that we are on top of their important business tools.

  ### 12. Keeping IT out of the way of end users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Principal, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy allows us to quickly remediate issues without interfering with the end users experience. Not only do we use it to bring a new device online and up to a set of standard applications, we also use it to push updates and maintain systems.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Honestly, not a lot. I think just about everytime I find something that I wish was different or could be better I've brought it up to the team and they've implemented changes to improve the product.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helped us manage more devices, more efficiently with fewer human resources.

  ### 13. A Powerful Apple MDM with Room to Grow – My Hands-On Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

From my experience, Addigy excels in making Apple device management straightforward and efficient. Deploying new machines and managing policies is incredibly simple, even for teams with limited resources. The platform’s intuitive design means you don’t need extensive training to get started, which is a huge plus for busy IT departments or MSPs. The real-time management features, like automated updates and compliance enforcement, save a lot of time and reduce the need for manual follow-ups. I also appreciate the flexibility—whether you need basic setup or advanced customization, Addigy covers both ends of the spectrum effectively

Customer support is another highlight. The team is not only responsive but also deeply knowledgeable, which makes troubleshooting much easier. The ACE certification program is a great resource for staying current with Apple’s evolving ecosystem, and the lack of long-term contracts adds to the platform’s appeal, especially for smaller businesses watching their budgets

The remote access tools, such as LiveTerminal and LiveDesktop, are game-changers. They allow for quick, hands-on support without disrupting end-users, and the integration with other IT tools makes Addigy a well-rounded solution for managing Apple devices at scale

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

While Addigy is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could use refinement. The documentation, though helpful, sometimes lacks the depth needed to address more complex or less common scenarios. Expanding the documentation would make the platform even more user-friendly, especially for teams handling specialized workflows

The console interface, while functional, can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Navigating through the various menus and options isn’t always intuitive, and a more streamlined layout would improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy solves the chaos of managing Apple devices at scale by automating deployment, updates, and security compliance—eliminating manual work and reducing errors. Its real-time monitoring and remote troubleshooting tools (like LiveTerminal) let me resolve issues quickly, even for distributed teams, while multi-tenant support keeps everything organized in one place. The platform’s flexible pricing and seamless integrations with other IT tools save time and cut costs, making it ideal for IT teams or MSPs juggling multiple clients or locations. For me, the biggest benefits are less manual effort, tighter security, and the ability to scale effortlessly—all without long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you’re drowning in Apple device management, Addigy streamlines the process so you can focus on what matters

  ### 14. Addigy is an indispensable part of our MSP business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eoin F. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Everything is in one all inclusive price. I don't need to spend hours researching different packages to understand what I need for our team. Makes deployment when you're a solo admin so much easier.

Onboarding session was also great and helped to get our setup in to shape.

Setting up with ABM was also super easy.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

UI can feel clunky and unresponsive at times. For example clicking save on a popup won't close the popup so you don't know if your input was recognised by the system. Definitely feels like the UI was designed by engineers rather than a UX expert.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy allows us to easily dropship laptops to end users and know that they'll be setup with all of the security settings needed. It also allows me to avoid the headache of chasing everyone in our team to install security updates and applications.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The interface can feel a bit clunky and confusing , with too many clicks to navigate policies or to find some settings.
I’d also like better notifications and notifications modifications for device changes
A more intuitive UI and may options to personalize it will make it even more better.

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Automation and sync with Apple MDM. Deploying updates and apps from the backend, Live terminal to deploy MAC OS commands.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Splashtop needs to be improved, the remote utility does not work every time.
Even with refreshing the splashtop service.
It has improved a little but still presents problems.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Control Apple MDM Devices and monitor them. The find me (Lost device) utility is a great asset.

  ### 26. A great low-cost MDM tool with more tricks than some, but be ready to write some bash scripts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike J. | IT Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

My favorite thing about Addigy is that effectively, if you can write a bash script, Addigy can handle scheduling and executing it. For that reason, I've been able to deeply customize how I manage the Macs within our organization. For example, they include a simple scheduling mechanism, but by combining that with one that I built myself using scripts, I can have multiple schedules on which updates of different kinds are pushed. While it can sometimes be a headache to sort out because it's custom code, I love that Addigy gives me the freedom to build pretty much anything I can imagine.

Other highlights:
Addigy includes (and this is a big one) a support screensharing solution with your subscription, allowing you to eliminate the need to buy a separate product for that purpose.
Addigy's support team has been very responsive in listening to feedback and adding new features in the over three years I've used the product.
I'm still learning their new Compliance feature, but it looks very promising for quick auditing.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

If you read my "what do I like best" response above, you'll see that I note that it's useful if you can write a bash script. I might go so far as to say "you really should know how to write a bash script if you use Addigy." Their off-the-shelf options available with only GUI tools are good for basic setups or beginners at Mac management, but to really leverage the power of the tool, I'd strongly suggest doing some custom scripting. For instance, most of the Addigy-managed software installers that you can use are built to be silent with minimal UI. Without doing at least some custom scripting (not difficult, but not included) you don't have the option to do things like notify a user that an app must be closed so that it can be upgraded. Not a huge deal, but it's worth knowing if you're considering starting to use Addigy.

While I stand by the above concern from the last time I wrote a review, Addigy has added some significant new features to help with this, giving you GUI options to check for running processes, check for Intel vs Apple processors, and some other items that make management easier for less script-savvy users. With that in mind, Addigy is starting from a better place on this topic than it once did, and has shown improvement, which is a great thing to see.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for an organization that requires HIPAA compliance, among other security frameworks. While many of the features related to this are also available in other products, Addigy makes it easy to manage those requirements. Though we haven't yet implemented them in our setup, Addigy has recently released compliance tools to monitor the compliance status of individual machines in a way that could be particularly useful when trying to understand the compliance status of a specific device.

  ### 27. Addigy has been a game changer for our Apple Fleet!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

I love the multi-tenacy that they offer which allows us to be able to seamlessly manage multiple clients under the same piece of glass. I love the ability to be able to deploy software at ease or even custom software that our clients might have. The ability to chat with end users straight through the portal is great and the self service application is also a huge benefit to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I haven't found an exact item to dislike about Addigy however, I think there might be some improvement in sharing of scripts between the community

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy is solved our Apple Management across our client base and allowing us to manage them with ease.

  ### 28. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald H. | Senior User Services Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

This product is Phenomenal! The fact that I can log into the app anywhere and support the users, but the fact that all the user has to is be connected to any network connection makes support so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The only thing that I can think of that would be something that I am not a fan of, is the fact that if you push a software update or a rename, you need to stay on the machine for a little for the change to take place.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Addigy allows me to push system and application updates, allows me to remote support, allows me to inventory with ease.

  ### 29. Perfect fit for our org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Industry-leading features, ahead of or on par with the other tools I evaluated for MDM use in our org. Better value and usability than the closest rival that I also evaluated before landing on Addigy for our deployment. New features and improvements are being added regularly, and the support teams are always willing to assist and receptive to feedback. Regular update Webinar sessions for major OS releases and similar changes.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

It's not free, and they can't directly drive Apple to add more enterprise features

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were able to replace our aging Apple Open Directory + Profile Manager setup and unlock the full feature set of modern MDM commands for Apple hardware. We gained Zero touch deployment, much better remote support and monitoring just in time for a switch to a remote work structure.

  ### 30. Addigy is the best MDM for Windows minded Administrators

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas B. | Systems Administrator, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

It was the closest MDM that reminded me of MDMs for Windows devices. The free Splashtop integration that lets you have unattended remote access to Macs wasn't a thing with other MDMs. Other MDMs gave me excuses that they were user privacy focused, which doesn't work for a business setting when my users are using company devices to do company tasks.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

They really sold the community aspect of the script-sharing portion. Not many people are actually sharing scripts, and when they do, they tend not to be generally helpful but mostly very specific use cases.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy solved are need for a management solution for Mac OS and IOS devices. We used other MDMs that weren't exclusively Mac OS and IOS focused and that just weren't cutting it with our needs to manage these devices.

  ### 31. Great tool for managing Macs as an MSP.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Intuitive interface, new features are added regularly and the Addigy support team is among the best. It's an easy tool to learn and anything I need help on is available via well crafted support articles.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Honestly, I can't think of any downsides to using Addigy. I would like the reporting tools to be improved to be on par with what you would expect and MSP Mac management tool to be.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to manage Macs for multiple clients in one place. Allows for unique configurations for each client but can also be leveraged to apply common settings via MDM to multiple clients if needed.

  ### 32. Fantastic MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Easy to use and great support! Addigy is one of the most powerful MSPs I've ever uesd.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

There's not much to say here. I do wish some of the custom installations scripts weren't so confusing.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool pretty much saved my business when the COVID lockdown happened. By being able to offer MDM and RMM to my clients, it made a huge difference!

  ### 33. Addigy has always been an Amazing MDM/RMM and everything managment platform for Macs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike K. | Owner, IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

They definitely stay up to date on features Mac Admins need. They are very responsive with any support we ever need including answering questions on slack and more.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Nothing much, the smallest issues like figuring out their policy interface has been much improved!

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping Computers up to date
Pushing out software
MDM controls
Scrips, computer reset management

  ### 34. MDM for Apple? Yes, please!

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

This is the best thing since sliced bread for managing Apple devices!

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Sometimes it's difficult to find the answers I need, but that's mostly because I'm not really an IT person...

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everyone on the same apps and making sure they're all working on the same versions.

  ### 35. MSP Friendly MDM Solution for Mac

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JP G. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

We’ve used Addigy for 6 years. We were using JAMF before. We like that Addigy allows us to manage multiple clients from one login.
Addigy has matured enough that there are resources for almost any mainstream app or workflow. This means if you want to do something, odds are there are resources already posted. If there aren’t, support has been very helpful.
We also did ACE certification which helps keep up credentials for the Apple Consultant’s network. We’ve taken the course twice - certifications expire after 2 years - and have enjoyed the progress Addigy has made in their product each time.
Addigy has a few updates planned that will allow us to more easily manage our client's Macs. They've also streamlined their interface which helps.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

While support is great, the follow-up I’ve gotten from the trainers has been inconsistent. I've emailed on questions we went' over during the course and received no response.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy allows us to manage a large number of computers with few people. Being able to setup procedures for multiple clients in one interface is extremely valuable. This allows us to apply the work we do for one client to others easily. They are streamlining the updates/patching part of their service.

  ### 36. Grows as you do

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua B. | Endpoint Security Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

While geared toward MSP's it allowed my department within an enterprise environment to function as an MSP for our Apple products and help us scale a full fold into their product over several years keeping the process simple and consistent in experience.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The GUI interface is clunky, and I hate how all the files just live in one space. I can't drill down and organize the files stored for deployment. It's been made better in the past year or so, but it's still horribly messy.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy is our full-stack Mac management application deployment to deprecation it solves all of our apple problems. It's intuitive enough to understand what we are trying to accomplish, provides help to support staff to understand scripts and has all the auditing we could ever need, if not a bit clunky to access.

  ### 37. Great MDM tool for all Apple devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg L. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Able to see the progress of the policies being deployed on a live basis.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Bulk deployment of software that is not at a policy level.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to assets without leaving the platform and using another product.

  ### 38. Great feautures!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Even though it is not really needed due to the number of solutions available it is great to have VNC access with Addigy's Live view wherever in the world the computer is and you don't need to get the user to enable screen recording to use this feature to assist them.
Sometimes though, they need assistance and they don't know it, thankfully you know with the monitoring alerts that are available and if you have not added or created an auto remedy script then you can use the Live Terminal feauture to SSH on to the Mac, again no matter where it is in the world and no need for prior setting up. You just connect.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Do not have much to say, I have multiple times looked at other MDM solutions and even though they have some good features, no one gives you the whole package like Addigy.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All? All that Apple allows MDM solutions to do.

  ### 39. Addigy Top Shelf Mac Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | NOC Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy fills a hole in our current RMM that doesn't have alot of tools for MacOS. Macs are sometimes considered second-class in the MSP space which is why this tool is so important, it make Mac management easy.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The web UI, while very clean, can be a little tricky to navigate at first but not an issue over time. They are always making updates so it keeps getting better and better all the time

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If your clients have Macs and are asking what are you really doing for management and you don't have Addigy or Apple Management tools, you are doing those clients a disservice. If you tell your clients you can manage Macs... then manage them with Addigy

  ### 40. Addigy has been perfect for our small business internal IT team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy listens to customers and is customer focused in the setup and operation of their service. I use Addigy every day and they have all of the features and integrations that we need.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Addigy doesn't have every featured that some of the bigger players have.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addigy is our MDM for our Mac computers.

  ### 41. Outstanding Platform for managing Apple devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** STaale S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

The platform is a single pane that allows us to monitor and manage our Apple devices across partners and customers from a single platform. We are able to interact with the devices as alerts are generated.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

We have not seen many down sides to the platform. It works as advertised. We are able to deploy and push information out as well as obtain staus of what is going on with the device.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our RMM and Service Desk team to remotely monitor, manage and provide end user support to the platform on a 24X7 basis. Support has been great over the many years we have used the product.

  ### 42. Excellent tool for small - medium teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Very low barrier to onboard. Easy to learn, great training, support, and documentation, continuous improvements, the staff is very approachable, accessible, and engaged with the user base and mac admin community. Easy to integrate with 3rd party tools and libraries most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The platform doesn't always work as advertised. Some features can be buggy, but the team consistently investigates issues and provides workarounds until they are able to fully resolve them. I'm not sure how well this would scale for a large enterprise.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use Addigy as our primary means of providing remote support to our organization. We also use it for MDM and for device monitoring to a lesser degree. We've been able to automate a lot of processes and it eliminates a lot of the repetition involved with device management. It is a lot less time-consuming to manage hundreds of endpoints.

  ### 43. Definite Apple OS management for MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

If you have more than one client with Apple machines/tablets/phones, then Addigy is for you. They do multi-tenant very well, and allow for sharing of scrits/policies across tenants. Documentation has really picked up in the last year, so it's less of a drag when you're trying to solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

It's a lot of self-serve. If you know the mac world and are comfortable scripting the OS, you'll do fine.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly it's for the RMM that I turn to Addigy. The tools work, I can get things managed, and things get done.

  ### 44. Great tool to manage apple devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash T. | Senior Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy allows IT teams to efficiently access all managed devices in one view or generate separate reports based on current procurement needs.
The software enables administrators to identify Apple devices and address potential threats swiftly. Also, users can effectively prioritize security alongside other daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

For beginners, Addigy’s interface can be confusing. Also, Addigy's price is a little high. When somebody who doesn't know how to use iOS devices, Addigy can be a bad option.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool detects device and network irregularities to keep the environment secure. It offers great security which decreases the risk of data breaches. Improves supervision and management of Apple devices.

  ### 45. Great Tool for Mac MSPs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

What I love about Addigy is the visibility it gives me into my clients' systems. It has power and granularity, which gives my team the ability to support our clients. We use it to run maintenance and update software automatically. We also use it for daily support. It's built-in GoLive feature is excellent for live support.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

The reporting tools are not what I would like them to be. The initial splash page is nearly useless. The overall interface needs to be more polished, although it has gotten better over the last year or so.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have grown my business exponentially since implementing Addigy. It has given me deep insight into the enviroments I support and alls me to taylor offerings to my clients.

  ### 46. Excellent product and customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy offers live terminal access, and is very active in developing new features for their product. They have a responsive tech support team, and a very responsive leadership team.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I think the UI could use a bit of a refresh, but its not problematic. As an Apple guy, I place a high value on aesthetics. All that to say, it still looks better than most other products out there, so really I'm just being overly picky.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of being able to offer realtime support and maintenance to both MacOS and iOS environments. We also use it to manage tvOS, which comes in very handy for digital displays.

  ### 47. Very happy with Addigy after several years using it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Can easily manage all my Apple devices, and they are adding new helpful features constantly. I find the interface generally intuitive and easy to use. It's a well designed product. Price is very reasonable as well.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

I find the policies a little confusing, but I'm also not a heavy user of the product when it comes to software rollouts

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our primary software deployment tool, as well as our primary support tool. It's easy to pull up a shell on any staff computer, or do a screen share to provider a user with support.

  ### 48. Addigy Tops the List for Mac MDM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

Addigy is easy to setup and deploy to clients as an MSP. You can easily create policies that apply to more than one client. It is easy to connect to clients as well to help troubleshoot issues!

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

It would be nice to have better error checking tools when creating smart apps or installers.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote asset tracking for computers, remote management and configuration of devices and application deployment. This simplies our ease of use and configuration on the Mac platform and iOS devices.

  ### 49. Convenient Program to Manage Apple Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

What I like best about Addigy is that it easily syncs with Apple School Manager and pulls any devices we purchase into the main (Parent Policy). This allows me to set up and track each device as soon as they are connected to the wifi. We manage almost 900 devices, so it also is great that I can organize devices into separate policies to keep track of them and push software and updates to specific ones. We also have loaner devices, and the Lost Mode feature allows me to lock the screen, display a message and make it ding so that the person knows to bring it back at the end of the day. I have found that their support is responsive and generally is able to solve or help me work through solving the problem I have.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

All of the devices we manage in Addigy are iPads. It seems like some functions are only available for MacBooks which is disappointing but could be more of an Apple problem instead of Addigy. Some of the help articles are great, but many are written in a manner that you have to have more than a basic knowledge of Apple devices to use. At times, I have used multiple help articles and still reached out to support to figure out what I was trying to do.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a school that over Covid went from about 150 devices on our campus to over 900. We previously did all maintenance and set up manually or through large charging carts that we could do 30 devices at a time, but it would be lengthy. The most significant benefit is that now, when we update and set up devices for the next school year, one person can get through and do it all within a few weeks, as opposed to the months it would take without the software. There is no more manually adding each app for each device. I have the devices set up for which policy they are in, and as soon as I connect them to the internet, they start loading all apps within that policy, and all the restrictions are set.

  ### 50. Easy MDM integration when starting with nothing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan I. | Support Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Addigy?**

We had no experience with MDM across our company. Addigy made the process very easy and has made remote working and device management fair less painful than it could have been.

**What do you dislike about Addigy?**

Being in a different timezone UK vs US, can have an impact, but the Support desk has always responded in a timely fashion. They are also very active on Slack as and when required.

**What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My time to set up or manage devices is a fraction of what it used to be. I can now also monitor and force security updates from one portal. Our audit trail for security is far easier to report on too.
