I like that AddEvent really is all in one. You can share invites, have an invite page, and collect RSVPs. That makes it easy when we have multiple events per month. I think some things in AddEvent could be more automated or streamlined. For example, when using the social media sharing option, it does not automatically pull our logo and featured image from the event. You have to manually "set a design" to do that. It seems like there could be a simpler way to accomplish that. When I am clicking around on the AddEvent page, I should not have to go through so many different things to get to what I want. When I first pull up AddEvent, it should default to the event that is upcoming not past events and then I have to navigate to the current ones. Little things like that. I love how AddEvent is very simple to use and user-friendly. My whole team got on board quickly with minimal demo and instruction needed to figure it out. We've had great success with it so far, and I find the analytic portion very cool. It also helps us compare our registration list to those who've added the event to their calendar, ensuring we track numbers and registrations effectively. I forgot to customize how many emails were sent out before/after the event. I like using AddEvent because it's easier than using Zoom for creating calendar reminders for my webinars. I can control what links people see, making the process smoother. I use AddEvent for my client’s webinar events as an online course creator and strategist. I like that it helps increase the attendance rate for webinars. I like AddEvent's easy-to-use UI. It's really easy for me to integrate events into calendars. I find it simple to get the link to send to people and also to get the embed code to put into the bottom and footers of my emails when I'm promoting an event. The easily embeddable links and code accessible to me make it really easy to add the event to my CRM, emails, and web page. It's great that you don't need any coding knowledge to use the product.
