The best part of this platform is that we do not need to switch between different softwares for finance , sales and marketing, and other services, all are available in single platform and moreover all this is on cloud so not issue of storage and capacity. I did not find any particular drawback in this paltform but you need to learn a few things while onboarding this platform and you require a strong internet connection.
