Interesting Product, Responsive Management, Needs some more work **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021 **What do you like best about AdCritter?** AdCritter allows you to be unshackled from the monotony of Facebook and Google Ads. You can try it for free for thirty days, after which if you want to keep using the platform, you will need to pay the monthly fee, which as of right now is $150. I could see that this would be easily worth the cost since you don't have to worry about Facebook jail, or other minor mistakes that can cost you a lot of time. Like many platforms, AdCritter provides a way to select a target audience or rely on their AI technology to find the audience that best fits your product. The cost for advertising is relatively reasonable, very comparable to Facebook with similar results. I did have a problem with my ads and was really surprised when the vice president reached out to me to help solve the problem. They even implemented a new metric I could use to ensure my ads were being displayed. **What do you dislike about AdCritter?** When building the audience, your choices are overwhelming. I am certainly not a marketing expert, but I found that the selections for the target audience were a bit confusing. What was worse is that I had selected a particular population segment that performs well with my product. However, the ad agencies would not run my ad because it was too targeted. I would have been glad to use a different audience, but it took a couple of weeks to figure out what was going on with my ad. **Recommendations to others considering AdCritter:** When starting out with AdCritter, you must reach out to their staff to help you set up your initial campaign. They have a chat feature, but I think it would be worth asking them for a brief phone call to walk you through the process. This will definitely help you get the right target audience without unnecessary market-type research. By that I mean, learning what each market type provided by AdCritter means. **What problems is AdCritter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was running ads on multiple high-quality websites. I was able to garner quite a few clicks to my landing page, without great expense.
