Although Google prefers that you use their dynamic ads system there are times that uploading HTML5 or Static Image ads are really necessary. Then I had difficulty logging back in to cancel it before they billed me. And *then* after I disputed it via my credit card, they refused to refund me! Avoid them at all costs! We're a small agency and have about 65 Google ad accounts we manage every month, so as a 2 person team consistent display ad creation takes a lot of precious time, especially since you need variations to test. This helps us keep content fresh and allows us to focus on other areas. **What do you dislike about AdCreative.ai?** The only issues I had were either quickly addressed by support or are currently in the process of being fixed. The main ones currently are with Google ads as they don't link through your login account like most 3rd party software but instead will send link requests from their own manager account to every account attached to your email (no option to choose) in order to provide the Google bonus. Some of the brand new templates they released had sizing and layout issues, overlapping too big, etc. This was fixed within a week or two, And some of the background images wouldn't change and just stay at the placeholder, which I think only 1 or 2 still do. The only other issue I had was that sometimes an error would occur when trying to submit a new ad with an invalid image format or something, but it wouldn't show anything was wrong, just act like it's loading, then stopped. The only issue I was quite furious about, which wasn't mentioned up front was the way they link through Google ads. As an agency with hundreds of accounts linked to a single login, we had to reach out to a lot of people when random invites came through from this software, which could have lost us a lot of business.
