We also appreciate how easy it is to edit and personalize the training modules. Overall, everything feels much more modern and intuitive than our previous platform. Implementation was quick and easy. The level of support from our CSM has been outstanding. While I administer the platform, I also appreciate the learning modules as a end-user. **What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?** While Adaptive Security performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform has a relatively limited library of phishing simulation templates, which means campaigns often require more manual setup compared to other, more mature platforms.
