The retargeting feature is cumbersome. Has had a negative impact on our campaigns. Navigating the app is not straightforward.I wish there were instructions for accessing functions. The annoyance is when the app claims theres no internet connection and I end up missing notifications. As for things I dislike about Adaptive Media, despite its targeting capabilities it lacks guidance on maximizing its features which leaves users uncertain about its effectiveness. Makes it difficult to navigate and utilize properly. It would be better to have instructions on implementing pixels and monitoring before launching campaigns.
