This creates a messy system that should be more inline with systems such as the governments USI number for example. Imagine that changed every time I updated my email address. In short it requires some adustment to correct this major issue which is plagueing the current Wisnet system we have in place. Also when it comes to having website application forms changed, Wisenet is currently not flexible enough. For receiving evidence from RPL candidates for example, not enough space or ability to upload multiple files without allocating seperate fields for each file is limiting. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of a students information by having it all in one place, the problem is if it creates a new profile for the same student just because their email address changed we have 2 or more spots where the information is now tracked. ### 4. Configuring courses and other learning materials for our students is so easy. The interface of the Wisenet learning system is so intuitive and easy to interact with which gives us and our learners a comfortable experience. We are able to use the workflow automations to automate the recurring tasks which saves us time and energy. Wisenet has comprehensive reporting tools which provides us accurate reports that helps us monitor and evaluate our students progress. The support services have been very good to us and has helped us have a very productive experience working with Wisenet. It has a great conferencing tool with clear video and audio that allows us to lecture our students virtually without the need to go to the lecture halls. Wisenet student engagement tools like the live chatting feature makes our lecture sessions very engaging and lively. The course delivery dashboard provides us with excellent visibility onto all the courses we are offering and allows us to monitor their delivery progress. It has an automated attendance tracking tool that helps us capture students attendance. It has an efficient alert system that makes it easy for us to notify our students any time we upload new courses or update the materials of an existing course. Wisenet also allows us to create lecturing schedules using timetables and share them with students to keep them prepared for planned lecture sessions. It has provided us with an e-learning space where we put our courses for our students to access at their own convenience. It makes it possible for us to organize our courses dashboard which gives our students a very simple experience finding the courses they need. Wisenet helps us to structure our courses to meet all syllabus requirements and in away that is easy for our learners to understand the intended concept. It also sends us notifications incase there is pending course. **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** Wisenet has been so steadfast and has precisely met all our needs and requirements. We have not had any errors in our experience with Wisenet and therefore lacks anything to dislike about it. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wisenet has been a very prolific learners management tool to us and we have had a plentiful of benefits from it. It has helped us gain better control over our learners journey from the the first day in the university up until their very last one. It has an incredibly flexible learning system which allows us to provide our learners with just the perfect learning experience for their specific areas of concern. Wisenet interface is so user-friendly and we are very excited to be able to navigate it easily without any issues at all. Wisenet user support team has always been so friendly to us and always answer our call any time we are seeking assistance from them. It makes it easy for us to generate metrics and reports for our learners which helps us to easily track their progress. It has very useful automation workflows that has allowed us to automate some of the repetitive tasks like learning content creation and updates and this allows us to have more time engaging with our learners rather than setting up learning materials. Wisenet provides us with learning Timetables which allows us to plan and organize our learning modules so as to achieve a systematic way of learning for our learners. It also makes it so easy for us to schedule for classes and share the scheduled dates and times with the learners to allow everyone to prepare for the classes. The attendance monitoring tools work really well and helps us keep an eye on the learners class attendance without taking much of our time. We also find the user guidelines available on Wisenet resource center very much helpful to us as they allows us to learn how to improve our learning delivery to our learners. It is so easy to access Wisenet and the single sign on option saves us alot of time when accessing it. It has very efficient security and data privacy tools which allows us to keep all our information safe and sound from any security threats including malware. Wisenet gives us a well structured dashboard that helps us to organize our courses neatly which helps us keep track on the progress of each and every course from just one place. Wisenet makes it easy for us to engage with our learners using video conferences that have excellent audio and visual clarity. It also helps us to easily present and demonstrate to our learners using the screen sharing and whiteboard tools during our online classes. The instant chatting tools makes it easy for us to interact with learners without disrupting our learning. **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** We have no seen and downsides about Wisenet. All its features are very useful to us and there are all very easy to use. We have had a very good time with Wisenet so far and there has been nothing at all to dislike about it. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Wisenet as a learners management system and we have had very quality time working with it. We can always access whenever we want- ease of integration Able to pull any sort of report, whether it be learner based, course based, area based, workplace based, etc. - ease of implementation Able to merge learner if we crete double entry If there is anything new, we are notified or even taken through it by wisenet staff. Can use any time **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** When logging details of learner on the course, it doesnt allow us to save if the tab has nbeen open for over two minutes. Either we lose everything, or need to copy, then refresh then paste again. Waste of time and information at times, expecailly the invoice numbers. At times, specially after the recent change on view of courses, when looking for existing learner, we do not find them. When we search again after adding them in, we find two records and have to merge them. Over the years, I have seen a lot of improvement in the tool from this and the other and here are the things I have liked more about this tool: Intruitive website pages and mobile pages - It is easy to build any website pages and form pages t collect feedback from our community experts who we train on how to use our products. User interface of the tool - The tool has a professional user interface that is easier and smooth to navigate, I can find product courses more easily, trace the ongoing product courses and how many clients are in a particular product course for easy record keeping. Fully customizable - The solution is fullly customisable that I have been able to set my own branding, my own website for our company using the CNAME records hence giving us purely white labelled solution and lastly, The customer care team are so great that they do provide ample support anytime we contact them when we have an issue much as the product is whitelabelled **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** Creating custom logics, form branches and automatic enrollment of new users takes a lot of time to configure and deploy and for beginners, may need an expert to set or to read more of the guides available which makes it harder to deploy the tool more easily. The tool accepts creating custom reports but it is hard to export these reports for offline reading due that it takes a lot of time to finish the process of exporting the custom reports. If you decides to sell these courses, you pay a lot of money to use the payment collection module which can affect the ROI and payment settlement would take a lot of time **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the white-labelled solution of this tool to offer products courses to our community experts and ambassadors who promote our products at a fair cost and also to certify our experts who enroll into these courses ### 10. As a company dealing majorly in beauty and cosmetics, we needed to sell items that users know how to use and how to apply them but would have been hard to enrich our clients with the knowledge on how to use the products without a reliable tool, and over the past years of using Wisenet, have found the good in the tool and the dislike and here are the things; Video embedding option - It is easy to record the video for the product training and upload it to a YouTube channel where I go ahead and embed the video directly into the Wisenet hub for our clients to access the courses through video and this does not consume any more data bundles. Alerts and notifications - I like the notification alerts through the apps, emails and SMS that remind our clients about the course due time, updates and notification of their learning progress which comes at no extra cost Interactive whiteboards - Whiteboards are interactive enough with in-built video conferencing feature which is more easier to have an online teaching through whiteboards and video conference with a larger number of clients **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** I have seen more dislike about the tool though anyone can have a different opinion about the tool, in my experience with the tool, I have found some loopholes of the tool. The user interface needs improvement, finding courses, videos, audio notes would be much easier to find as it is of current. Custom reports and data reports would come with more templates and logic, also exporting the custom reports for offline reading takes a lot of time to complete.
