Learning Curve: While Wisenet offers many useful features, it may take some time for users to become familiar with the platform and its various functions. The menus are deep and buried. It would be better if we have a search functionality. Please copy on how iPhone got its settings right. I just search for things!

Customization:I find that Wisenet's features and capabilities do not fully align with my organisation. I personally find the platform is less customizable than other options, which could limit its usefulness for some users. There aren't any profound documents for the reports available in the system. Even though probably I might be looking at the wrong references. Also, with vast reports, I can't go through all of those just to search for our organization's reporting needs. This platform has got the capability to store huge and receives information that we share. You can be able to see when an email was sent,by who,read and unread, delivered or not delivered.
