What do you dislike about Wisenet? Here are some of the challenges: Learning Curve: While Wisenet offers many useful features, it may take some time for users to become familiar with the platform and its various functions. The menus are deep and buried. It would be better if we have a search functionality. Please copy on how iPhone got its settings right. I just search for things! Customization:I find that Wisenet's features and capabilities do not fully align with my organisation. I personally find the platform is less customizable than other options, which could limit its usefulness for some users. It is very detailed and composed of 5000+ reports, which was huge to check across our organization's reporting needs. There aren't any profound documents for the reports available in the system. Even though probably I might be looking at the wrong references. Also, with vast reports, I can't go through all of those just to search for our organization's reporting needs. If there is only an available document on what are the contents of each report or simply the relationship diagrams or anything I can decipher to limit my browsing of 5000+ reports. I like this system because it offers customisation in the control panel and automatically monitors and fixes errors. I like the sections and layout; the student search engine offers filters and always hits the mark. I also like that it integrates with other products and the support to solve problems. The benefits are that we can manage student learning uniquely and direct them rigth is an excellent system because they gain skills and learn much faster. This platform has got the capability to store huge and receives information that we share. You can be able to see when an email was sent,by who,read and unread, delivered or not delivered. The application is easy and simple to configure emails and Reports templates and automate specific processes that maintain consistency. The application has really helped to eliminate human errors. The new features on the dashboard allows us to have accessibility which helps with effectiveness and efficiency and fine tuning alot of processes. The interface is well designed that you can view the logs and this makes it easier to run Reports. It's also easy to configure checklists to monitor and analyse any section of the SMS. Since I started using Wisenet as my learning management platform, I have noticed a great improvement in the organization and management of my business projects. The tool is intuitive and easy to use, which has accelerated my learning process and increased my efficiency in managing courses and content. They gave us great support and guidance during the setup process for our site. What do you dislike about Wisenet? Nothing of note. We had some syncing issues with the mobile Moodle app, but I think that's more of an issue with Moodle in general and not Wisenet specificially.
