This creates a messy system that should be more inline with systems such as the governments USI number for example. Imagine that changed every time I updated my email address. In short it requires some adustment to correct this major issue which is plagueing the current Wisnet system we have in place. Also when it comes to having website application forms changed, Wisenet is currently not flexible enough. For receiving evidence from RPL candidates for example, not enough space or ability to upload multiple files without allocating seperate fields for each file is limiting. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of a students information by having it all in one place, the problem is if it creates a new profile for the same student just because their email address changed we have 2 or more spots where the information is now tracked. ### 4. Configuring courses and other learning materials for our students is so easy. The interface of the Wisenet learning system is so intuitive and easy to interact with which gives us and our learners a comfortable experience. We are able to use the workflow automations to automate the recurring tasks which saves us time and energy. Wisenet has comprehensive reporting tools which provides us accurate reports that helps us monitor and evaluate our students progress. The support services have been very good to us and has helped us have a very productive experience working with Wisenet. It has a great conferencing tool with clear video and audio that allows us to lecture our students virtually without the need to go to the lecture halls. Wisenet student engagement tools like the live chatting feature makes our lecture sessions very engaging and lively. The course delivery dashboard provides us with excellent visibility onto all the courses we are offering and allows us to monitor their delivery progress. It is so easy to access Wisenet and the single sign on option saves us alot of time when accessing it. It has very efficient security and data privacy tools which allows us to keep all our information safe and sound from any security threats including malware. Wisenet gives us a well structured dashboard that helps us to organize our courses neatly which helps us keep track on the progress of each and every course from just one place. Wisenet makes it easy for us to engage with our learners using video conferences that have excellent audio and visual clarity. It also helps us to easily present and demonstrate to our learners using the screen sharing and whiteboard tools during our online classes. The instant chatting tools makes it easy for us to interact with learners without disrupting our learning. **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** We have no seen and downsides about Wisenet. All its features are very useful to us and there are all very easy to use. At times, specially after the recent change on view of courses, when looking for existing learner, we do not find them. When we search again after adding them in, we find two records and have to merge them. User interface of the tool - The tool has a professional user interface that is easier and smooth to navigate, I can find product courses more easily, trace the ongoing product courses and how many clients are in a particular product course for easy record keeping. Fully customizable - The solution is fullly customisable that I have been able to set my own branding, my own website for our company using the CNAME records hence giving us purely white labelled solution and lastly, The customer care team are so great that they do provide ample support anytime we contact them when we have an issue much as the product is whitelabelled **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** Creating custom logics, form branches and automatic enrollment of new users takes a lot of time to configure and deploy and for beginners, may need an expert to set or to read more of the guides available which makes it harder to deploy the tool more easily. The tool accepts creating custom reports but it is hard to export these reports for offline reading due that it takes a lot of time to finish the process of exporting the custom reports. If you decides to sell these courses, you pay a lot of money to use the payment collection module which can affect the ROI and payment settlement would take a lot of time **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the white-labelled solution of this tool to offer products courses to our community experts and ambassadors who promote our products at a fair cost and also to certify our experts who enroll into these courses ### 10. As a company dealing majorly in beauty and cosmetics, we needed to sell items that users know how to use and how to apply them but would have been hard to enrich our clients with the knowledge on how to use the products without a reliable tool, and over the past years of using Wisenet, have found the good in the tool and the dislike and here are the things; Video embedding option - It is easy to record the video for the product training and upload it to a YouTube channel where I go ahead and embed the video directly into the Wisenet hub for our clients to access the courses through video and this does not consume any more data bundles. Alerts and notifications - I like the notification alerts through the apps, emails and SMS that remind our clients about the course due time, updates and notification of their learning progress which comes at no extra cost Interactive whiteboards - Whiteboards are interactive enough with in-built video conferencing feature which is more easier to have an online teaching through whiteboards and video conference with a larger number of clients **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** I have seen more dislike about the tool though anyone can have a different opinion about the tool, in my experience with the tool, I have found some loopholes of the tool. The user interface needs improvement, finding courses, videos, audio notes would be much easier to find as it is of current. Custom reports and data reports would come with more templates and logic, also exporting the custom reports for offline reading takes a lot of time to complete. I find the Report Wizard quite a challenge to navigate, I rearly find what I am looking for and It can be time consuming so I no longer try to find the report myself I submit a Support Ticket. reports may not have all the informaion I am looking then have to run 2 reports and join them to get the data required. Data may not filter down as you would expect, i.e the credit value of a unit does not filter down to the unit offer, yet the other data does from unit setup does Database is live, it would be great to have an ofline training and testing facility **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wisenet provides a central repository for all our enquiries and enrolments, sends scheduled reports to our tutors and managers, logbooks record emails and texts and hold copies of enrolment documentation, this central place for all this informaion enables us to no longer have to archive hard copys of documentation ### 14. Simplicity in everyday use is important as it is such a time saver and when another staff member is required to back me up they can complete tasks easily. Compliance is essential for Registered Training Organisations and the major area of stress, with Wisenet we know that when we use it correctly we are ensuring compliance. The export report function for AVETMISS reporting is so easy to use and simple to save and upload to NCVER, it makes an important job stress free . You can use only what you need to or you can use the advanced features as a small Registered Training Organisation working in a niche market we don't utilise all the features but I can see how they would be invaluable for RTO's with a larger student base and in a broader market . I have been using it for years and find it quite user friendly . I have never had trouble with access. Support requests are handled quickly, politely and efficiently, I have never had to complain about any aspect of Wisenet or the support staff . The regular emails and occassional phone call from Wisenet staff to check that we are happy and satisfied with the product are appreciated . **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** The odd glitch when you make an error and want to delete record has caught me out a couple of times. I have found though that support can usually fix the issue quickly. I find reports sometimes hard to navigate and find exactly what I want. I guess no one likes the cost of anything but all in all the annual subscription cost is worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Wisenet:** I would recommend Wisenet for all small Registered Training Organisations. +Ask for a demonstration, and do not be scared to ask all sorts of questions. Ensure you do some training with a Wisenet expert and utilise all the resources available. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really problem solving - but meeting compliance without any stress. The benefits of having all my records safe and secure with Wisenet is peace of mind, I know that I can access any information as I need it. I have found information for past students very quickly and efficiently. When a recent governmnet contract finished and all course offers had to cease the issuance of statements of attainment and transcript of results was a big job but it was straightforward with Wisenet ### 16. It has a decent range of features, which has been added to over time, following input from customers. **What do you dislike about Wisenet?** The Canvas Integration is problematic. Developments made to improve its efficiency, usefulness and function have often not worked well and been extremely buggy. This has led to a product that doesn't work effectively with what is the leading LMS worldwide. The Wisenet developers should take more time to learn the different features and characteristics of Canvas LMS so that certain features don't become "off limits" due to the restrictions of the integration. Customer support surrounding these issues has been lacking, with developers not wanting to take swift action, and customer care staff gaslighting us into believing that all issues are our own and that our use of Canvas is out of the ordinary. **What problems is Wisenet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wisenet appears to solve problems sufficiently regarding the storage and management of student information, as far as I am aware. However, it does not adequately solve problems around admissions and enrolment in relation to Canvas LMS and has many times done the opposite of benefitting our organisation. Since acquiring Wisenet, our organisation has has extreme issues with student activation/ deactivation in the Canvas courses associated with their enrolments. When students have been enrolled late or changed their enrolments, these changes have not automatically been reflected in Canvas via the Canvas integration. Students and staff have been thoroughly impacted in their teaching and learning by not having correct and up-to-date Canvas enrolments. In terms of problem solving, the customer support around these issues has been lacking. We have many times been made to feel like a nuisance simply because we want the system to work in its basic function and capacity. ### 17.
