By eliminating any guesswork, we confidently conducted creative testing and already saw a performance lift in our store’s return on ad spend (ROAS) within the first two weeks of letting the automation take over. **What do you dislike about AdAmigo.ai?** The onboarding documents may contain more detailed industry-specific benchmarks, especially lifestyle and retail comparisons. Setting up the system does not bring with it a steep learning curve and it runs without any lag when synchronising high volumes of audiences. It functions like an invisible assistant to make sure our cost-per-lead stays healthy. **What do you dislike about AdAmigo.ai?** I think it would be better if the site offered better predictive analytics or forecasting tools so I could plan next month’s ad spend based on current trends. But we were never completely successful. We then asked Claude what the best solution was for this and he recommended using AdAmigo. The setup was very simple and quick, and in about 10 minutes, we got the first optimisation insights that the AI wanted to apply for us. It has implemented each recommendation without any issues. And we were able to design new ads using their Ad Factory and launch them in new campaigns, which worked perfectly. Due to the platform's structural speed, managing creative assets is much less cumbersome than with a native dashboard. **What do you dislike about AdAmigo.ai?** We have a lot of content in Dropbox, and their Ad Launcher currently only integrates with Google Drive, so we had to download and upload our creatives once. It wasn't a big problem, because the Ad Launcher saved us a lot of time. There's just one thing I'd like to see them add, which they've also said they're working on. Now, a few weeks ago, we got involved with them again, and the progress they have made is unbelievable. In my opinion, their Ad Designer tool is the best I've seen so far. The ad designs we got directly from their Ad Factory looked as if we had designed them ourselves. And then, with just a few clicks, the ability to run those ads together or launch them in a new campaign is also fantastic. Without a doubt, this is the best ad designer, launcher and optimisation tool we have tested so far. Keep it up! **What do you dislike about AdAmigo.ai?** To be honest, I don't know. Maybe a way will be found. But since we started using it again a few weeks ago, we have become huge fans of it. Many AI marketing tools claim to do what AdAmigo does, but they can't even come close to it. If I had to pick one thing, I would say that it takes some time to get used to the way the system maps assets to old and very specific ad sets. Connecting the ad accounts, inviting the team members and launching the first ads took no more than 5-10 minutes, and we were able to handle it on our own, which is a refreshing change from many other tools we used in the past. **What do you dislike about AdAmigo.ai?** Better integrations with the rest of our stack could be useful. But together we are working on those as we speak.
