We looked at many other applications on the market like DoodlePoll, Calendy and none of them scheduled a meeting for a group of people allowing calendar invites to be sent directly to the attendees. **What do you dislike about adam.ai?** The security model for 'staff' needs extending to allow for security roles to enable/disable functionality **What problems is adam.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to facilitate organizing meetings with stakeholder groups from external organizations on a frequent basis. Adam.ai allows us to do this and much more and the helpful integration with our CRM means that we can quickly bring contacts into Adam.ai and add to the stakeholder groups ### 2. But once you get going it is very helpful. Also, when dealing with contractors or clients, the ability for guests to access the meeting room would be a great addition **Recommendations to others considering adam.ai:** Perform a review of meetings with the team you wish to start running this with, start small and go from there. In hindsight, we thought we'd be able to solve all meeting problems in one go, which was never going to be achievable. **What problems is adam.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Almost everyone in our organization struggles to balance unproductive & productive time spent in meetings, so the ability to be more effective and efficient are the key problems looking to be solved. ### 4.
