Ada is an AI platform for B2B marketing and sales teams. It gives organisations a configurable AI assistant across two surfaces: Bespoke, where teams run guided workflows to produce campaign content, structured assets and written deliverables; and Sales, where reps prepare for meetings with buyer research, AI-generated prospect profiles, and simulated role-play conversations against realistic personas built from real contact data. Ada is built on behavioural psychology models that inform how it analyses buyers and generates content. Its Sales surface constructs psychographic profiles of real contacts — assessing communication preferences, decision-making style and likely objections — and uses those profiles to drive meeting preparation, coaching and role-play simulations. The same behavioural framework shapes the content the platform produces on the Bespoke side, so messaging can be tuned to how a specific audience thinks and responds rather than relying on generic copy. Workflows, the reusable steps inside them, brand guidelines, image libraries and template catalogues are all configured per organisation, so the experience an end user sees is purpose-built for their team's work. Usage is metered by credits, with analytics covering cost, timing and outcomes per workflow.
