Overall, Ad Astra software, as well as their support is very good. The focus is on academic scheduling, so some of the even features are not as developed, but that is not the focus. My main wish was that the data was easier to get to. Crystal reports needs to be used, which I would love if I could access it directly through SQL Developer or similar software. I think our implementation could have gone a little smoother, which caused us to not be successful in the first 6-7 months of using the scheduler.
