The thing I like most about Ad Advance is their level of communication and partnership. Our weekly calls are always productive and they walk us through performance, new opportunities, and strategic adjustments. We don't really have any complaints. In the beginning, we had some issues getting our payments set up but they were patient with us while we figured out an alternative method. They helped us reach new shoppers, retarget the right audiences, and run DSP campaigns we didn’t have the expertise to manage ourselves.
