**What do you like best about Acure.io?**

Its use of artificial intelligence to reduce IT operations workload for IT support team. Acure.io reduces the noise levels and offers a single, interactive ecosystem for monitoring and resolving issues. It is also ease to implement. Has lots of cutomizable features.

**What do you dislike about Acure.io?**

Acure.io's customer support could be better approchable. Even though we did not had to rely on their support, my peers felt customer support could be imporved.

**What problems is Acure.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acure.io employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Machine Learning (ML) technologies to offer a free AIOps incident control and automation SaaS platform for IT Ops professionals. The platform makes it possible to quickly establish workspaces, link them to well-known IT monitoring systems, add information from virtualization platforms, link your services' raw logs, and add application performance monitoring. For flexibility and scalability, a microservices architecture has been used in its design.
