I strongly suggest working with your current certified partner—or reaching out to your Acumatica Customer Success Manager—to untangle that initial setup. A good partner will help you fix the core structure so your team can stop fighting the software.

I also completely understand your struggles with reporting, ARM, and system customizations. While these tools do have a learning curve, you can find free, step-by-step training on the Acumatica Open University. We built specific courses for everyday users to help them master these reporting tools without needing a developer.
