We can't use the inventory IDs efficiently for our business. Because we are locked into using the inventory IDs for projecting revenue, we can't get the granularity we need. If we create too many tasks, our guys in the field and in engineering spend too much time on their time cards. The initial setup was awful. Our first partner was not helpful. Right now if I need to shift a material from one work center to another, I have to delete it out of one work center, and add it to a second. In Engineering Workbench, I can drag and drop this item between work centers.
