I find Acumatica incredibly valuable for modernizing our processes, especially in the manufacturing space where we use it for MRP and finance. The ease of use stands out to me, along with the AI capabilities. The user interface is really intuitive, and response times are quick, which makes it very easy to find information and saves me time since I don't have to search around for where to click. The product has quite a few limitations around customization that leads to paying for custom programming and having to pay to have that code brought up to the newest version every time a version changes. Customers frequently call for their statements and past invoices, and Acumatica makes it easy to retrieve this information, confirm if the customer got the order, and check if they have paid. I like that Acumatica is always available. Cloud ERP is the way to go! I also appreciate having our VAR be very instrumental in helping with any day-to-day issues or larger projects we have needed to create for future projects. Having the data and access to all of it at our fingertips has been very important to help get the key decision makers the data they need to make those decisions.
