It is not very flexible and often causes extra work for different team members to monitor failed sync records. I think there needs to be more allowance to edit the work flow of each entity. I like the stability of the program and, in particular, the flexibility to customize it. I think Velixo is genius and a perfect pairing to get the data out of Acumatica in a form everyone in our company can use without having to change the way they work. **What do you dislike about Acumatica?** We struggle with revenue projections because we can't group projects together as a program, or create subtasks. We can't use the inventory IDs efficiently for our business. Because we are locked into using the inventory IDs for projecting revenue, we can't get the granularity we need. If we create too many tasks, our guys in the field and in engineering spend too much time on their time cards. The initial setup was awful. Our first partner was not helpful.
