It's largely bug-free. It has so many features it's likely to fit the needs of your business, even complex needs. It's been around for awhile as well, so it's solidly built. What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling? They don't really make improvements. I haven't seen it change in years, despite different needs in the current web market. Their API is very limited as well, so not much integrating can happen. They have a subscription option, but no hidden page or option to add content to that subscription, so it's essentially meaningless. The ease of use is by far its best feature. You can come in with zero CRM and zero CS experience and use this and it'll stick to you like the back of your hand. It was the perfect solution for me for scheduling, booking, calendar management, and keeping track of client appointments. The search engine is incredibly responsive, not case sensitive, either. I can pull client info easily, track appointment changes, and do a variety of other things. The questionnaire setup was simple, as well. It automatically showed you times in your time zone, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling? The UI is crunchy. It's not intuitive, and the submenus sometimes don't load properly. If you ban a piece of information that was user-submitted, you don't have the option to blacklist any new information people submit, making blocking and banning cumbersome. I feel like if I dug into it as an admin, I'd be hitting roadblocks left and right, especially in the beginning. Integrations tend to break from time to time, which sucks. I like that you can have multiple calendars for everyone with different appointment types, and can customize the notifications, etc for each of those. Some of the setup was a bit convoluted & not very user-friendly for non-tech-savvy people. Although I did not have issues with it myself, I was made aware by others on my team who found it confusing. The UI/UX. From an operational perspective, it is highly customizable and easy to implement/make changes. From a customer-facing perspective, this customization is also very useful in keeing the aesthetics of the pages on brand and visually pleasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Having one location and one resource is quite easy to set up, but things get a little bit more complicated when having to deal with multiple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling: It is offered at a reasonable price, has robust features, and what impressed me the most was the excellent after-sales and setup support. What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you? We are coordinating appointments across two physical locations and three different appointment types. Some appointments types are chargeable, and some are free. The benefits have been great - we used to run separate accounts for different physical locations, but Acuity allows us to combine all our operational needs into one platform.
