This was valuable for a new user, as it reduced the service's learning curve. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** I found the integration with Squarespace restrictive, and the scheduler options were confusing initially, then limited as I became familiar with the service. This, together with the high cost of the additional suvbscription led me to switch to another provider. **What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acuity is useful for removing the "when would you like to meet?" question from client onboarding. Allowing potential clients to easily schedule an introduction call is vital for coaches and consultants, especially solopreneurs. ### 2. It definitely saves time by automating our appointment process. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** Some of the setup was a bit convoluted & not very user-friendly for non-tech-savvy people. Although I did not have issues with it myself, I was made aware by others on my team who found it confusing. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling:** Some of the setup for email reminders, etc, can be a little convoluted for those who are unfamiliar with software programs in general. **What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?** Acuity helped free up time by allowing clients to schedule their own meetings. Acuity's scheduling feature works, but payment processing and subscriptions are complicated on backend and for clients. **What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?** It's calendar view is the most helpful, and their html embeds work fine. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** It's subscription feature is intended to be a deciding factor, but it just doesn't function well enough. Also, support for that feature set is minimal and squarespace support is difficult to get in touch with. **What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to use the product to allow basic bookings of our studio. This does allow us to take payment without a human involved. It's the recurring payments and subscriptions that present problems. ### 5. Ability to do appointment reminders, forms/waivers, special schedules, multiple calendars and payment processing including is all great **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** We attempted to use acuity in a small group fitness environment. We had memberships and scheduling through here and it did not work well. Clients are asked to hold on to their "unique code" in order to schedule multiple sessions which was difficult. Sometimes sessions did not align with payment dates and sessions were lost **Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling:** Use for one on one appointments and scheduling purposes. I would not recommend the packages / subscriptions or using for a group setting. If you require support, a phone number is not available. You can send a form to the client to fill out upon booking which was nice. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** I only purchased the basic pricing option and I find it to be limiting. I have both offline and online appointments/clients and it didn't work well for me. One of my friends purchased the more expensive plan and has like four or five calendars. I'm not sure if that would solve the scheduling problems I encountered. I don't use this product anymore. **Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling:** i would suggest playing around with it and seeing if it works for you. It is easy to have access for multiple employees to access. From a user perspective, setting your own calendar is pretty easy also. **What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?** It does not handle different time zones well from the back end.
