What stands out about ActZero Managed Detection and Response is its use of AI and machine learning for advanced threat detection, combined with 24/7 monitoring and automated response. It has a higher cost for smaller businesses and require integration effort with existing systems, potentially posing challenges for organizations with limited IT resources.

**What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the challenge of detecting and responding to sophisticated cyber threats. By providing 24/7 monitoring, AI-driven threat detection, and automated response, it ensures real-time threat mitigation, enhancing our overall security posture. Its been a really good exeprience for us to use be a part of this.

**What do you like best about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?**

I like that i get to make suggestions and they trust me as a security engineer enough to work with them to make alerts and response better.

**What do you dislike about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?**

I dislike that there is no automation playbooks for removing software that is trivial, even with our authorization. I get that there is liablitily with this sort of thing, but when its known malware, they ask us to remove it. I would rather have there be some checkpoint and then we can automatically run some automation to remediate it.

**What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping threat hunt and manage detections. They ensure 24/7 support which we are not able to do currently. I work directly with them to solve any issues that arise and we quickly work to remediate them.
