ACTO has helped us exceed our goals when it has come to training milestones.

We use it for new hire training, pre-work to meetings, and quarterly training initiatives.

What do you like best?

ACTO has helped me transform the way I train my sales representatives. It helps take complex product and clinical information and break it down into micro-learning that enable the sales representative to more effectively convey the material to the customer. What do you like best?

The best feature of ACTO is its simplicity. When we rolled out our first ActionPack, I didn't have a single sales rep call to ask for instructions. It's extremely intuitive. Analytics are robust and are already helping to determine which resources are most useful. This gives us insight for future ActionPack development. Since our initial rollout, I have many departments asking if they too can use ACTO. The possibilities are endless. I'm using the platform for sales enablement, product and sales training, ongoing development training, and also to disseminate marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. What do you dislike?

From a user standpoint, I would like to see landscape mode supported. From a development standpoint, more consistency between the desktop and mobile view. Also the ability to order resources once uploaded into a lesson, would be fantastic. I find that the app looks and functions better on mobile devices rather than a desktop, but I design on the desktop. I'm constantly going back and forth between the computer and my iPad which is a little annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're able to quickly disseminate information, including updates to the entire sales team. In addition we're able to hold reps accountable for their own learning and development. Eventually, we hope to reduce calls/emails/questions from our reps regarding sales, product and competitor knowledge. What do you like best?

The fact that the platform is so flexible meaning that I can make real time changes to reflect up to the minute changes in legislation and the needs of my team. I also like that I can create content using other tools that work seamlessly with ACTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some of the functionality is not clearly thought out such as where the "complete lesson" button is at the bottom of the page. It has caused a few issues for my own team in completing their training. Also, occasionally when they make changes to the platform they do not follow up with information so what seems simple enough when you work at ACTO, can cause issues for the user if they are not aware of the change. I had an example of this recently with expanding options. I appreciate that it might seem obvious to the team at ACTO, however, when you are working in ACTO daily and the options just seem to disappear it can be frustrating. That being said, when I did finally have a conversation with the team, they were their usual, incredibly kind selves and did want to understand from a user perspective. What do you like best?

ACTO has allowed me to deploy a variety of training assets into the hands of the sales force due to the variety of mechanisms the program can accommodate. The ability to provide a video tutorial, pedagogical slides, screen shares, and "podcasts" have driven knowledge from the office to the hands of the sales team when they need it. What do you like best?

Broad based sales enablement tool to support ongoing clinical and sales training, coaching from upper management, and tracking of marketing collateral and utility to support sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The click through process for sales training modules isn't as straightforward as it seems. Teams always struggle with what to do after they complete a section. If there is a quiz, it needs to pop up at the end before a user can move on or they have to elect to come back to it and then the course pushes you to the next bit of content. The team and the platform is amongst the best I have seen. I think ACTO is unique in the sense that they have a platform that has integrated the critical components needed for a commecial organiziation - training, sales enablement, coaching and sales rep effectiveness. It provides management with a tool to be able to coach and support ongoing development. We currently only have manuals for training & it doesn't support long term retention or understanding. Learning is difficult for the user to do independently, and requires face-to-face training. What do you like best?

There is a very short learning curve for internal users to create micro-learning content for our sales force.

The reps have been so happy and impressed due to access on mobile devices as well.

They can directly send customer-facing approved content to key stakeholders instantaneously from their phones.

What do you like best?

As a trainer, it is so easy to create and launch new courses. Our field based teams love that they can access their learning on the go, and appreciate how user friendly and intuitive it is to use ACTO. Support team is also fantastic! Not so much a dislike but rather some features I'd love to see that would enhance the experience... 1) More variety in question types in the quizzes. 2) Would love to be able to categorize users as I'm deploying ie. someone just "auditing" the course (optional) would have a different setting that someone who must complete it. Platform seems extremely stable - easy to access for sales force on multiple device types - online support is generally responsive and able to solve issues

Ability to use a large variety of media and file types to create content

Buidling Action Packs is not always intuitive - need to trial clicks and "enter" for each entry to figure out next step - adding buttons to direct through creation process would be beneficial

Reports and report building is not as intuitive as I would like - a series of "canned" reports form a list might be easier - learning score is an abstract scale and not something that we've had success with using to motivate the team - % complete is more the measure that we are using Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building an on-line technical repository for trouble shooting - strong search function allows for this and the goal is to provide the field team a resource they can use to solve issues on the fly without needing to contact support service at the office.

I used a launch video (they helped create) with my C-Suite and other Executive stakeholders. It was an absolute hit. We rolled it out like we would a product launch vs. just another tool folks could or could not use.
