There is a very short learning curve for internal users to create micro-learning content for our sales force.

The reps have been so happy and impressed due to access on mobile devices as well.

As a trainer, it is so easy to create and launch new courses. Not so much a dislike but rather some features I'd love to see that would enhance the experience... 1) More variety in question types in the quizzes. 2) Would love to be able to categorize users as I'm deploying ie. someone just "auditing" the course (optional) would have a different setting that someone who must complete it. ACTO allows for learning in the flow of work. Our learners are always on the move, and need something quick and easy if they are going to engage in their learning experiences. I wouldn't say dislike, but I know ACTO is growing as a company in which we are looking to scale and grow with them. We are looking to incorporate AI through smart learning recommendations in which ACTO is planning on rolling out. I'm sure it will be a learning experience for both parties.
