There are lots of nuances that Active can handle - the flexibility is great for weird schedules and set-ups. We also enjoy being able to customize the terms and conditions for each "program" we offer. Our campus directors like the options for coupon codes to help with any enrollment promotions we have going on. Even our PE teacher can use it to set up supplemental clinics. It would be great if something guided you through the sign up process. We also wish the system integrated with our website. The reporting feature helps keep records in order and easily assimilates with our use of the ProCare system. We're realizing, too, that there is a lot of functionality we've yet to tap into yet.
