It's open source so the possibilities are endless. This tool is so user friendly that it literally guids you through every steps so the chanes of making a mistakes goes down tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Lesser integration and no direct support. Instead they have a community where people can share their concerns. Maybe they should have direct chatbot or something like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and Affordable pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I switched from using Zapier to connect my CRM with LemonSqueezy, and I haven't looked back since. Activepieces is incredibly user-friendly, with a simple and easy-to-navigate UI. Unlike Zapier, it's not only more straightforward but also faster. The pricing plans offered by Activepieces are reasonable for my new business, making it a perfect fit for my needs. "As of now, my best automation tool amongst I have had"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I've used most well-knownautomation tools, and I use Activepieces' cloud version (I got the one their initial launching LTD limit) which works exceptionally well.

As of now, the situation has improved

- Solving our core problem that is not enough to cover actual usage limit.

The ActivePieces team provides consistently direct, transparent, and engaged support, mirroring the enthusiasm of 'their active community'.

- ActivePieces continues to be updated based on community feedback and direction.

Above all, UI/UX of workflow builder(setting automation) is the best part 'easy to integrate' other than automation tools I have used.

Set up implement is not complicated and spending time is decent. The error rate is acceptable so far compared to other services.

Therefore,

Its performance is solid and promising as much as other well-known services, making it a reliable choice.

In Short ActivePieces is regularly updated, ensuring it stays on the cutting edge and coping any emerging needs or issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Early Stage Development - Activepieces just 1 year old

ActivePieces is in an earlier stage of development compared to its competitors.

This could not mean potential risks or instability, it means that connect tool(pecies) shoud add more and more for 'Total number of pieces.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to use, fast, and getting better all the time"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I live how simple to use is to create the flows, there are already numerous very useful "pieces" to create flows, I like that the app is well thought out and is easy to use and fast, and also the fact that is getting better all the time as is in constant development right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

The lack of mobile app and their website is not really adapted to phone use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super intuitive Zapier alternative (that's also open source!)"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

First and foremost being open source is what I love the most. It allows the community to contribute their most desired features and makes it affordable for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

I submitted a feature request to add an integration for SavvyCal, and it does not look like the contributers had time yet for it. Perhaps I will take a stab at it myself someday and raise a PR! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Look out Zapier, theres a new kid in town!"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I am seriously impressed with the Active Pieces team and the huge progress they have made in such a short period since launching shaping up to be a real contender to Zapier and Make. The flexibility of the smaller team allows for faster development and had a range of the new OpenAI modules before Make did! This shows they listen to their customers and build accordingly. Support is amazing, and have personally spoken with the team and they go out of their way to help. Really excited for what the future holds, this is a gem in automations. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

As they are still building they do lack some ability in applications like Google Docs as compared to the big comapnies like Make or Zapier but I am not worried, they release updates all the time and know it will come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advance Automation with Activepieces"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

The standout feature of Activepieces is its user-friendly interface, which simplifies automation for even non-tech-savvy users. It's incredibly helpful for new entrepreneurs due to its ease of setting up complex workflows. The platform offers robust integration options, allowing seamless connectivity between various apps. This level of customization and flexibility is a significant upside, enabling users to tailor their automation needs precisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

One potential downside of Activepieces could be its limited recognition compared to more established platforms like Zapier. This lesser-known status may lead to fewer community resources and user guides available, which can be a hurdle for new users seeking community-based support or advanced troubleshooting. "I like them so much I bought 10m flows per month for life!"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Active Pieces, a Y Combinator business, offers great automation deals. Initially, I purchased 200,000 automations per month for life, and liked it so much that I upgraded to 10 million automations monthly, reducing costs from other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

The main challenge is the heavy use of API calls and webhooks, which may be difficult for non-technical users, though more native pieces are being added daily. It's honestly not a huge deal because folks can learn to use AI to read the API docs and write the snippets needed to connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to build the flows but it could be more flexible in building new pieces"
4/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I find that the tool is really easy to use to build the flows. It has great tools that are really helpful in the building: version control, log of the runs, testing of each step, and more!

With the support of the community, the number of pieces to use in your integrations are growing each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

For me as developer, I think it lacks some flexibility in building the pieces. For instance, things like:

- it could offer multiple ways of authenticate in one piece

- passing data to being used inside of a piece

The whitelabel allows you to customize at some level, but it could be extended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
