"Budget-Friendly Automation with Community Power"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

ActivePieces is an absolute game-changer! Why? Well, it's like this fantastic DIY project with a vibrant community vibe over on GitHub. You've got the power to tweak things to your heart's content, and there's a supportive community right there by your side.

And the best part? It won't put a dent in your wallet, unlike those pricier alternatives. ActivePieces is budget-friendly and gives you exceptional value for your money – truly a win-win situation.

The ActivePieces community is incredibly active and tightly-knit. You're never in this journey alone. It's constantly evolving, introducing cool new features and adding new App (Pieces).

I've begun migrating some of my tasks to ActivePieces, and it's been a breeze. Yes, it's intuitive, so there's no steep learning curve. It's got me thinking that in the next year, I might just take the leap and move my entire business here, bidding farewell to my Make subscription and saving even more.

So, yeah, ActivePieces is my ultimate choice for budget-friendly, community-driven automation. It's super user-friendly, and I'm absolutely loving the experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

The only downside is that it's not as widely integrated as some of the bigger players in the game. I'm still eagerly waiting for a few key integrations, like Facebook, to be approved. That's why I've got a few other tools in my automation toolkit while that gets sorted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A new player to keep an eye on in the automation game"

What do you like best about Activepieces?

Clear, clean and super user-friendly interface. Supr straightforward, intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

It's not fair to compare it against other well-established players in the market, but if I need to highlight something, it would be the missing integrations. Understandable though, considering they've just entered the game recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A newcomer with exceptional potential"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Activepieces platform is user-friendly, even for beginners, and doesn't require you to be a coding expert. The best aspect has to be its open-source nature which promotes transparency and stability. The built-in Workflow creation is intuitive and straightforward, saving me a lot of time in automating tasks across different departments in my business.

Looking forward to seeing how Activepieces develops and integrates more features. With its current pace, I believe it's only a matter of time before it surpasses more established platforms. Highly recommended for those looking to streamline and automate business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Currently, certain integrations are absent, but I am confident they will be added eventually. There's truly nothing to find fault with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good design + ChatGPT integration for the win"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

There's no shortage of connector services but I am a sucker for good design - the combination of Activepieces' ease of use and looks is irresistible. Design is always a differentiator for me. The recent update that creates your own chatbots using ChatGPT and Activepieces is the icing on the cake, for I can replace specialized chatbot services with Activepieces and make use of the other connections as well. TBH, that alone is worth the investment for me.

Activepieces is a promising investment; while I am signed up for the cloud service, the fact that it's open source gives me comfort. Good design + AI integration for the win as far as I am concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Not enough integrations to be a full blown Zapier replacement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ActivePieces makes content easy!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I love the way ActivePieces integrates ChatGPT to quickly & easily create content, and publish that content to places like WordPress. I can pick the version of ChatGPT to use, create a quality post, and publish it dorectly to my website built on WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

It would be nice to see reasons in a better to understand fashion for failed workflows. (Not a deal breaker, but a nice to have) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great start to a true Zapier alternative"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

At our agency, we use a LOT of automation tools. Activepieces is already very mature in its UI and is intuitive for our team members to work in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Currently, there are not very many pieces (integrations). But since the entire platform is open source, we are able to write our own or make a request within the community if the need arises for an integration not currently offered. This is not the case with a closed source platform like Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Automation with Endless Potential"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Activepieces is an awesome automation solution that really stands out for being affordable and packed with great features. It can easily compete with other tools on the market, offering a wide range of capabilities at a fraction of the cost.

What I dig the most about Activepieces is how they keep on improving. The development team is clearly dedicated, constantly rolling out updates and new features. It's really cool to see their commitment to enhancing the user experience.

Adding more "pieces" would definitely make it even more appealing. And it would be super helpful to have a more detailed guide or a series of onboarding tutorials for newbies to get the most out of this powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

One area that could use some work is customer support. Right now, it's handled on their community site and can be a bit slow, which can be frustrating for users who need quick solutions.

But overall, Activepieces is a promising platform and I'm genuinely excited about what the future holds. With the way they're constantly improving, it's definitely gonna be a game-changer for businesses looking to streamline their workflows efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ActivePieces: Open Source Automation Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

What I like most about ActivePieces is its unwavering commitment to the open-source approach and the vibrant community it has cultivated in a short time. This dedication to openness and collaboration is truly commendable and sets ActivePieces apart in the world of automation software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

While my experience with ActivePieces has been overwhelmingly positive, one potential concern I have is the possibility of other businesses copying their software due to its open-source nature. This could potentially dilute the uniqueness and innovation of ActivePieces. However, I am optimistic that the talented team behind ActivePieces will find effective ways to address this challenge and protect their intellectual property while still fostering open collaboration. "This is the best zapier replacement"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I have not set up a ton of automations yet, but I was looking for a replacement for zapier because it was an expensive monthly expense. The amount of work and efforts that this team is putting into creating something user-friendly and affordable is applaudable. I love when companies start out because the customer support and true listening to the audiences they built the product for is so high! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

There are still not as many integrations available as Zapier, but they work hard every month, and we get updates as to all of the great feautures they have released every few weeks! Receptive and responsive team makes up for the lack of features, and I believe that with time this will become an amazing zapier alternative if they keep the prices more reasonable. I am very happy with this purchase, and hope many more people purchase it so that they will continue to grow and thrive as a company and continue to build build build! Highly recommend this product. "Great UI, fun, easy to use and supportive community"
5/5
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I love the awesome community and that the founders are engaged, actually listening to feedback and answering even my most silly questions 😂🙏

On top of that, he UI is fantastic! Making it less daunting and more fun to get started, even as a beginner.

And add open source to that? Simply Awesome. 😎 (I pay for the cloud option tho, and def worth it for me! ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

I'm still missing a lot of integrations, or so called - pieces -. Also wish there was more templates. But, I see new pieces coming up every month and got high hopes for the future. Can't wait to see where this goes!! 🤩 🎉 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
