Workware and active ops process enables front line ops managers visibility into daily work demand and capacity to effectively manage the work and the teams in a data-driven purposeful manner. In my 20+ years of managing operations, I have not come across such a comprehensive tool and system that enables the development of your operations managers and creates a collaborative open culture. We saw productivity and employee engagement improvements with in 3 months and we broke even with in 6! There are very view investments that can deliver results that quickly. The system itself worked well for each of the organization where we implemented it in my career. However, there has to be sufficient management buy-in and support to enable the training and cultural transformation necessary for this to be successful. It's primarily useful for transactional processes and if these tasks take roughly the same amount of time. E.g., if investigating an issue can take anywhere between 5 minutes to 3 days, you'll have a hard time setting up the system for an "investigation" task. I am using this application for almost 4 years now. By far this is the best application which we use to track our day today work that we have done. Be it a core activity where we actually spent time in processing or be it a non core activity like a break or the time we spent in learning and development sessions. This application gives you a very clear picture of how your day was spent. How much productive you were , where you are lacking and where exactly you have spent your time. i.e. in which activity etc.

We can also check our and the entire teams weekly as well the monthly data to see the teams and individual performance which we later on use for analysis.There is a very unique feature which this application has which is "Notes" Where exactly you can mention anything specific that you wanted to highlight. Like if you are in a Learning and development session then you can select it as Non core activity and mention the sessions name or if you spent more than required time on a particular activity you can mention in the notes why you took so long, this is getting recorded so even if after a month someone asks you the reason, you need not to remember it as it's available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, again it's a very reliable application with literally no flows as far as I have used it.
