Jokes aside, WorkiQ helped the business to identify areas for improvement and highlight training needs for employees. The reporting dashboards are highly beneficial for analyzing data, and we find the tool to be quite valuable overall. Additionally, their guidance on responsible use of the data can be crucial for decision makers. **What do you dislike about ActiveOps WorkiQ?** The platform can appear complex and daunting, and I was apprehensive about using it for fear of causing issues. It would be helpful if the system were more user-friendly, especially when setting up reports to share with colleagues via email. Another drawback I noticed was that it doesnt integrate with many important applications. It keeps track of employee productivity and tells about the progress area of employees. Real time monitor can keep employees in check and ensure they are efficiently working. At the same time, the employees should be given the freedom to keep their work progress in check without telling them to do so. All in all, we had to discontinue the tool because of certain restrictions. ### 6.
