ActiveFlow is cloud-based gym and fitness business management software for gyms, fitness centers, studios, martial arts academies and sports academies in Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. It brings daily operations into one platform: member records, membership packages and renewals, attendance and check-in, class scheduling and bookings, personal training with trainer commission tracking, lead management, sales and point of sale, payments and billing with cash-flow visibility, reports and analytics, and staff records with role-based access. ActiveFlow includes WhatsApp integration for automated and one-click messages, and an AI Assistant that lets owners connect their own OpenAI or Claude account to ask questions about their gym's data. Reception staff can check members in by phone number or with Face Recognition, which is used for attendance check-in only, not for door or gate access. The product works in a web browser on desktop, tablet and phone, in English and Arabic. Multi-branch management is available on request. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card.
